Gabriel Sionoma
Sheriff of Sulon

Hazel eyes found the dirty floor, the way grime and soot seemed to just adhere to the duracrete. They moved to the corner, where the wall extended upwards towards the vaulted ceiling. Along the dented metal frame of the entry way, cords were crudely hidden behind bent tin that opened up at mid height. A set of switches hung from a bracket, circular and depressed in a square panel. He quietly moved over and pressed the first one.
The sound of fuel filled the forge. That natural tone of gas, mixed with finder agents, gave the distinct impression of something industrial. With the forge primed, he pressed the other switch and a spark formed in the back of the aperture. As it ignited, the shielding panel closed to encase the heat. To further improve the temperature control, he installed self maintained dallorian alloy vents. More of quick fix then something permanent, he'd buy proper modifications when time allowed.
"Dats a pretty flame you got there, boy."
"It's alright." He looked over his shoulder finding the hunched over gypsy, eyes grey and sunken deep in wind burnt flesh. "You manning the front like I asked?" It was obvious she wasn't. Being a ceramic worker, he could only imagine what sort of makeshift ideas of a kiln she was crafting.
She waved, giggling as only a crone would. "Yeah yeah, it's early though. Ain't nobody around."
"If it's so early, you obviously don't need that mead." In truth, he made it specifically for her. An ailment, he didn't seem to understand, gave her that hunch and a nearly toothless grin. He hoped with some of the imbuement, that he might help her in her fight against it. And with a laugh, she shielded the bottle in her regal purple robes, turning towards the open face storefront.
"Ah come now come now, I aint doin' nothin to ya."
"Do nothing to me up at the front." He pointed but she was already making her slow way there. He had a set of rings and jewelry he was working on, a few molds to put to the test. A solid way to spend his day off.
