DESCRIPTION
A Book of Blood Magic was an introductory textbook on the subject of Sith Magic in use at the Royal Academy of Bastion circa 853 ABY. Drawing on earlier examinations of the Sith and the nature of the Force, it presented principles and concepts that were considered to be essential for the novice to master in order to be capable of more advanced spells or rituals. The book used instruction in three different techniques in order to teach the foundational concepts of spell casting, ritual scrying, and astral projection.

Strengths:
  • Balanced: Provides its user with a decently balanced tutelage and some background on the Sith.
Weaknesses:
  • Flammable: Anything from a stray blaster bolt to a grazing lightsaber strike to a misplaced cigarette butt can send this up in flames.
  • Dead Language: While many of the notations are in Aurabesh for ease of learning, the incantations, rituals, and spells themselves are written in High Sith. As such, the spellbook requires either knowledge of the Sith language or a translation taliman in order to be used.

Semi unique is for a dozen or so people, affiliating it with a faction means it's for the entire faction. The production and affiliation conflict because of this, please adjust this accordingly.
May I ask what your proposed language in that section would be? Here's what the template has:

  • Affiliation: (Individual Character Name (an individual PC/NPC who is permitted to use this item), Company Name(s) (Companies authorised to use this submission), Faction Name(s) (Factions authorised to use this submission, Closed-Market (Any character can use this if they have explicit permission through, for example, a marketplace purchase), Open-Market (May be used by any character without permission from the Manufacturer), other potential options include a submitted NPC unit, or another general organisation/group.)
The idea is for this item to allow no more than 12 PCs affiliated with the Sith Empire to use this item, but I don't have 12 individual names to insert into that block. So how can I phrase the language in such way that it's still affiliated with the faction, open to future PC use, but limited in scope so to be acceptable to you?

Would "PCs associated with learning at the Sith Academies of the Sith Empire (no more than 12)" work? Or do I need to get a list of interested individuals from the faction and list them out in the submission?
