Private a blade for a master and her apprentice

I sit on the couch on level -3 of the laboratory in the luxurious apartments of the planet Taspir III. My eyes are fixed on my datapad as I review specific data about today's lesson with my master. It's an important step we're about to take together since I need a new lightsaber, and he also needs to craft his own.

I've started gathering all the components necessary to create mine, beginning with the lava crystal I acquired. I retrieved it from the planet Riflor to ensure it matched the theme, as it's a planet with intense volcanic and seismic activity. Honestly, it was tough to set up the solar spectrum there especially when you know fire erupts every second and there's a constant threat of fireballs falling from the erupting volcanoes. That planet is a real nightmare, and I'm glad to have made it out alive.

My lava crystal is now safely stored in a small metal box designed for that purpose. I've polished and cleaned it with a precision laser to ensure it can be used to its full potential. I'll need to consider corrupting the saber with ichor magic to give it a greenish hue and enhance the fire-based powers I wield.

I pick up my cup of coffee and sip it calmly while waiting for my master's arrival. I've also prepared some small biscuits to snack on and make myself comfortable. It's high time I tackled the construction of this lightsaber. I've postponed this moment again and again, feeling I wasn't ready enough, but now I believe I am. Plus, I'll be doing it with my master, so the timing couldn't be better. This way, he can teach me all the ins and outs of the process. We'll probably need to visit a Sith forge, and both of us will need to contribute to crafting our dream blades.

My training is progressing well, and I'm happy with the role I've carved out for myself in the galaxy it suits me perfectly. I'm in a good mood today; it's going to be a great day and a significant milestone for both me and my master. I'll also need to talk to him about the trials to advance to the next rank, as I'm interested in taking them.

Through endless politicking and backroom deals the Diarch was slowly spending less time with his apprentice. He valued her company highly so today he would put aside all of the small ordeals and embark upon a journey with her. The two had been discussing recently about the invention of lightsabers. Lyssara already taking the lead and gathering the required crystal for hers. The Diarch on the other hand would need to create a synthetic one for himself.

He arrived at the shadow laboratory and made his way upstairs, sensing where his pupil was residing. Once reaching the third floor he noticed she was casually enjoying her morning. It was good to see since she was always so devout to her studies and research.
"Hello there, I apologize for my tardiness. It seems being in charge is taking up more of my time than I thought it would. Mind if I have a biscuit?" He was smiling and welcoming in his approach. He did miss the simpler moments of being a master and an apprentice.

He sat down with her for a moment, admiring her metal box.
"mmm, I am excited to see the efforts of your journeys in regards to this crystal. Speaking of, I am in need of creating a synthetic crystal myself and I would like you to come so you may observe the process. In case anything ever happens and you are not able to find a Kyber for yourself again."

He knew they were scheduled to build their lightsabers today but this additional moment of teaching had crossed his mind so instead of doing it himself he invited her.

Here comes my master, finally arriving on level -3 of the laboratory. He greets me with a polite nod and asks if he may take a cake from the box I've placed on the coffee table, so he can eat freely. I slide the box toward him with my hand, indicating that he's welcome to help himself—it doesn't bother me to share with him.

"Good day, Master. How are you? Please, take as many as you like."

Having said this, I suspect he's come to share a project that's dear to him. He begins speaking about the design of a lightsaber he's recently been fascinated by the idea of creating his own blade, which I completely understand. I, too, need to create my own blade. After all, a Sith worthy of the name has their own lightsaber.

I listen to his project while sipping a coffee. He wants to synthesize a crystal in the laboratory to forge his own. I nod to validate his idea and then take my turn to speak.

"All right, I'm happy to come observe. The Shadow Laboratory's facilities are entirely at your disposal don't hesitate to use them. I also have a revelation to make."

With these words, instead of standing as I traditionally would, I decide to disappear in a cloud of green smoke, reappearing before him in the same green haze. In doing so, I demonstrate that I possess the teleportation powers of the Nightsisters from the planet Dathomir.

I also present my sword, forged from sacred metal. It resembles a classic longsword, the kind knights of old would wield, and I allow him to examine it closely.

"As you can see, I have become a Nightsister during my travels. I am beginning to acquire great power their powers and their knowledge are now in my hands."

Once again, I teleport, this time to the couch, to sit beside him and enjoy the conversation. Of course, this is not the only new development, but I plan to reveal everything gradually. He was absent for some time, and I have much to catch him up on. As he can see, I haven't been idle during his absence on the contrary, I've worked hard.

I've also ensured I've grown more powerful. I've kept up all my training and haven't let up in my efforts to rise to the occasion for this day.

The Diarchs mouthed dropped, he could not hide he was shocked. His apprentice flew up in a swirl of smoke and than appeared before him. Drawing a cross guard blade that appeared to have its own unique qualities, its form was unlike anything he had worked with before. She spoke of the Nightsisters of Dathomir. His jaw finally closed and he smiled at her. She was growing in power and it made him proud.

Than in a poof of green she appeared next to him on the couch again.
He put his hands on his legs and then turned his head towards her. "That is quite impressive it seems sooner rather than later that you will be teaching me more than I will be teaching you. I am happy you have stuck to study and the growth of your power." He arose from his seat pushing his hands down. "I hope you let me inspect your blade on a more personal level soon, I would like to test its capabilities in combat. Its image alone is spectacular. In the meantime, let us begin with forging this crystal."

The two went downstairs to the first floor of the laboratory. There he went to a cabinet nearby and grabbed two sets of goggles. He then proceeded to move towards a furnace as pulled out what appeared to be a golden Crystal from his robes.

Turning on the furnace and igniting it to its highest temperature that it could go. Rellik would then use the force and lift the crystal into the furnace. He sat down with his legs underneath him on the floor to meditate. "Come sit with me. Unlike a Sith Crystal this one will not be bled. I will tap into the force and put my own unique Essence into it. It will not be a symbol of power or peace. It will be a symbol of the Diarchy."

The aura around Rellik was unique in terms of force users. It felt like it was balanced. "We will be here for some time so make yourself comfortable. in the meantime tell me more about your travels to Dathomir and the witches."

I gladly let him examine my sword as much as he wants. It pleases me to see that he is satisfied with my progress. Obviously, I haven't been slacking, because my goal is also to gain power. The objective I set for myself is quite chaotic. I don't have much time to waste, so I am fully focused on my training and studies.

"Thank you, Master, your compliments are truly heartwarming."

I then follow him to the laboratory, where he explains his intention to create a synthetic crystal to represent the faction. This is indeed an excellent choice, and I can only approve by nodding my head as I continue to listen to his explanations.

Once in the laboratory, I listen to my master talk and explain what we are going to do with the crystals. He tells me to sit next to him, which I do; I settle onto a comfortable pouf, sitting cross-legged. I take out my thermos of coffee he said to make myself comfortable, so I take advantage.

He then asks me to recount my journey on Dathomir. How am I going to tell him about that…

"Very well, I will tell you about my journey on Dathomir. I went with Sister Anastarsia. Our mission was to capture two rancors for specimens that I was supposed to bring back to the diarchy, for you, in fact."

I take a sip of coffee and gather my thoughts to continue the rest of my story and tell him how the mission went.

"We met the Nightsisters in a sort of tomb that belonged there, there was a strange temple with lots of stones suspended in midair, and there were pillars. It was a place powerful in the Force, which I took advantage of to train as much as possible. She taught me the magic of ichor, and I became a Nightsister to continue my mission. What I did next, she allowed me to create my sword. Then we went directly to the field, we went to Mount Arcanis and captured two rancors, then we mercilessly killed an entire clan of Nightbrothers. I got captured by them but we managed to escape, they didn't have time to harm us. I used Ragnarok to deal with them. You should have seen the explosion, it was spectacular. After that, we left with our two specimens and the mission was accomplished."

I have just told him the entirety of my journey on Dathomir. Now that I can teleport, use their magic, their rituals, and have my own sword, I've evolved significantly. This change suits me; I've done my best to achieve my ends. I am ready to do anything for power, I think he must have noticed. I will need to talk to him about one of my projects.

"I might need your help with another project, Master."

Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik

Rellik had his eyes closed as he listened to Lyssara. He was meditating and focused on the crystal but still took in her recount of her mission to Dathomir. It was a relaxing day but soon with the heat from the furnace and the releasing of energy from the Diarch it would pick up.

Within his mind he thought as Lyssara recounted her tale. "Hmmm, I have never seen Anastarsia without Hemorpheous. It is good they are taking steps on their own journeys together." Lyssara continued - "Rancors!? Now that would be exciting. His pupil was doing this of her own volition... for him." The idea warmed his heart. It was a dangerous task but it showed she believed in their mission.

"Mmmmm" He let out a low grunt of approval as she spoke to him. Opening his eye slightly to look at her for a moment as she sipped her coffee.

She continued upon her story. A harrowing and fun adventure in some tombs, strange temples, powerful places in the force where she would train. Than she said something that reminded him of lessons from the past. "She taught me the magic of ichor"

"So her new abilities came from the Nightsisters ichor." He ruminated on his teachings of the subject,. He recalled the power came from the "Winged Goddess" Or from his understanding - The daughter of the light side. - This tapping into more benevolent powers piqued his interest in a more serious way now. Yet he held his tongue. He had not put two and two together fully even with her teleporting until she spoke the word Ichor aloud.

She continued, explaining the creation of the sword. Than the hunt for Rancors was a success as well, she even was able to push herself in combat and defeat some Nightbrothers. Not an easy task and one he was happy to see her accomplish. Outside of their sessions and training with the Ghouls on Korriban he was not sure how much real world combat experience she has gotten. A conversation he will need to have with her as well.

At the mention of her being captured the Diarch struggled to not over imbue his synthetic crystal with negative emotions. They would be required within the blade but must not be overdone.

Luckily, she escaped; made apparent by her being at his side. A part of him just wanted to ensure she was protected but Lyssara was known for making leaps and bounds from one level to the next.

When she said she blew them to smithereens with the Ragnarok Rellik fully opened his eyes and looked at her with a smile. "Nice, very impressive. I do love that ship." He took the pause in his work to feel her aura in the force. - It had changed and was much stronger in a different way. The ichor itself was not evil nor fully light. It was unique in of itself.

"That was indeed an incredible tale. When we are done here I would love a deeper dive into the teachings you have learned. If not for myself than to peer into this power and feel it within the force. As well, I think it is time for us to elevate your sword training. It is my duty to ensure you are well versed. I never want to let you feel vulnerable and at the mercy of another again." The last words about her being prisoner were spoken heavily and with a very serious demeanor. The thought of her being taken prisoner and being helpless sickened him, for it was his failure. The oath of a Diarch is to protect their family, their people. He knew his pupil, her past and her fears well. This laps in his teaching was not something he would forget soon. He would need to be better.

He was still kneeling as the two openly conversed. He was connected to the crystal now and was allowing his personal force, feelings and soul to enter it.

"You will always have my aid, what is this project of yours?"

I notice him meditating on his crystal; for my part, I'm going to take what I need in terms of materials to craft my own lightsaber. Now that he has finished his initial work, we can move on. I need a fairly classic handle, and we have all the necessary materials in the laboratory.

I am now ready to forge my lightsaber, but I think we should not do it here because it needs to be done more formally. I believe the best option is to use a forge that the Siths have available on various planets in the galaxy affiliated with us.

"It would be an honor to work on my defensive lightsaber form in your company. I realize I really need it; let's do it whenever you're ready."

He then mentions how ready he is to help me with my various projects, which reassures me that I'm making the right choice in talking to him. For a project of this magnitude, I couldn't possibly do it alone. I would need a solid knowledge of science, what I want to do is quite chaotic and typically of our faction.

I then take out my notes on my datapad to avoid any mistakes and explain the situation clearly to get straight to the point.

"Have you heard of the water of power?"

I leave the question hanging. Depending on his answer, he could easily guess that I am interested in the content of this water and that I plan to drink it. The big problem is that the legend mentions transformation into a monster, but I do not want to undergo the same phenomenon. I would need to find the location of this source first, then I would also need to analyze the content of this water, and thirdly, I would also need to counter the negative effects.

I am about to embark on a significant task, but given the goal I aspire to, I think it is a necessary process for me and my future transformation.

"I am closely interested in this water because it is said to have miraculous properties in terms of strength, significantly boosting the power of whoever drinks it."

The Crystal had now been infused with relics essence. they would now need to go somewhere where he could formally put it into a blade and create its hilt. The temperature he would need far exceeds the furnace within the laboratory. He was thinking the planet Firrerreo would be good for this task.

His Apprentice responded with the correct mentality in regards to the suggestion of improving her lightsaber skills. although he would not have taken no for an answer because he worries about her. Her tenacity and willingness to seek power and push yourself would always put her in dangerous situations.

As the two set and he awaited her to inform him of her goals she took out a data pad and said something rather surprising.

"Have you heard of the water of power?"

The words came with a slight shock to his senses. He looked at her for a moment gauging how much she might know of this subject. She says she has a sharp interest in the subject but to what depth?

Once she was done speaking, he took in her Aura for a moment. She was always very determined in her efforts to seek power. "My father also looked into this power. He deemed the risk too great for even his aspirations. He sought the same outcome but under different means. From my education on the matter we would need to find a way to learn the ritual to go beyond Shadows. Beyond-Shadows is the process of separating one from their body and entering a different realm. It is different from just entering one's own consciousness within themselves like I did removing the Sith from my mind. This is a full separation, we need to do it to enter an entire different plane of existence. I do not know the ritual myself.”

He looked at her taking in her reaction as he fed her this information.

“Come it is time for us to leave and find somewhere we can create our hilts and turn this crystal into a full blade. We may speak more as we look into this matter.”

He gave her a stern, serious look. “Looking for the Well of knowledge and the Font of power will be your greatest test”

He rose from his kneeling position and retrieved the stone out of the furnace. Now imbued with the Diarchs personal essense.

Even his father failed and deemed the danger too great, which both reassures and frightens me at the same time. I imagine his father must have been a prominent figure in Sith alchemy, and here I am, just a mere apprentice. He tells me that this will be my greatest test, but I am not afraid of challenges. Where others have failed, I am determined to succeed. I watch closely as he removes the crystal from the furnace.

"It's a beautiful crystal, master, a very fine piece."

I think now, to create our respective blades, we will need to forge our own lightsabers. And for that, what better than a Sith forge. I walk with him, naturally heading towards the hangar as I assume that's where we're going; we need a mode of transport.

I head towards the Solar Spectrum, my own smuggler and cargo delivery ship. I open its ramp and board, taking my place in the pilot's seat.

I think he would agree with me that we need to undertake this task on a planet in the Outer Rim, and I have one in particular in mind. A planet that our faction, the Sith, once invaded; they left a legacy, and we will rightly use it.

"I think we can head towards our next destination to achieve our common goal, Master."

With a simple gesture, I press the controls on the dashboard, start the ship, and then perform a maneuver to head into space. Once done, I initiate the jump calculations and quickly make a jump.

We then enter the tunnel of light, stars whizzing by at high speed, our next destination within jump reach.

I take advantage of the trip to refine my research on the lightsaber; I am eager to see mine. A Sith worthy of the name must respect the tradition. I also didn't bleed my crystal since I didn't need to, as I don't have a red blade, which makes things easier.

"We are almost at our destination; I hope I can be useful for what is to come."

Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik

Relliks mind was ablaze. Still pondering the ramifications and challenges of either finding a way to learn Mind-walking or to enter the Maw system. As his mind raced he recalled tales of not only the planet sized black hole but of the Summa-verminoth. He had wondered how the Ragnarok ship would handle such a beast.

She complemented his crystal and immediately came up with a plan. Lyssara always the proficient student had a planet in mind with a strong history for them to go to and work on their blades. In the Diarchs mind she was about equal in education to a Knight and only needing to work on her blade skills to fully reach that level.

If she were to achieve the goal she set before herself here today how could he deny she had become a master? The journey alone would take many months all together. His mind was constantly working on the person he believed she would become.

The two boarded her shuttle the Solar Spectrum. Barely any time passing before she has input our coordinates and has us on route.

His pupil goes to research upon making lightsabers. Leaving Rellik to ponder on the situation as a whole.

It is his duty to ensure his apprentice does not take to large of a leap but she has a never ending hunger for power. This path could cause her to be lost forever. He will need to show her that she can always trust him, for the challenges to come will require that they rely on each other fully. The strongest force users in history have had lapses in judgement in search of this power and they could fall prey to the same fate.

He would not let it happen.

"We are almost at our destination; I hope I can be useful for what is to come."

The words startling him from his deep thoughts. A comforting smile coming across his face. "You do not need to be so coy with me. You are the one who brought us here to begin with. You know the way to the forge. I will follow your lead. I trust your knowledge and you have earned it." He arose from his seat. With a bow similar to the one he gave Kallous during her first lesson at the crucible he motioned for her to lead the way.

"After you" He would follow her from the ship outward. Gauging how she approached, always watching as her Master.

"Thank you, I'll go ahead then."

I lower the ramp of the ship and make my way into the dense forest that represents the planet we are on. It's not a jungle, with vines everywhere, but it's still a purely natural, vegetal forest. The people who lived here must have had a good life.

I'm now heading towards a particular area that I wanted to see; it's a tourist zone of the planet, might as well take the opportunity to do some sightseeing on Firrere. I arrive with my master in an area where there is a wide waterfall, an immense one even. The largest in the world. This waterfall is reputed to be the largest in the world. It's well over 1000 meters high, which is absolutely huge.

The deafening noise of the waterfall can be heard from here. It would be a shame to destroy a landscape like this. Moreover, it seems that the plants here have quite exceptional capabilities compared to other planets. If I could create a new drug from samples from here, it would be ideal; might as well kill two birds with one stone.

"Welcome to Ferrerre, dear master!"

I gaze at the waterfall for a moment and take out my datapad to take a symbolic photo, setting it as my wallpaper. It's absolutely magnificent, especially with the stars in the background, the setting is just perfect for a holiday. The mild tropical climate of the planet is also very pleasant. It couldn't be more optimal as a planet. It's a paradise-type planet.

After the tourism and holiday session, I focus on my own mission, heading towards a nearby forge. I walk along the trees and then arrive at an old building that once belonged to our faction. The dark rock indicates that we can place our lightsaber materials right here. Personally, I plan to use telekinesis to respect tradition, and I fully intend to get to work.

"Here we are, we can begin our work now."

Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik

"Hey, you!"

I emerge from behind a tree, not very pleased. What do I see? Two people blatantly preparing their lightsabers. What exactly do they hope to achieve? Do they think they can use the forge that belongs to me? No, I won't let them get away with it so easily. I observe them closely; there are two young individuals, it seems like a master and their apprentice.

I let out a sigh and give them a cold, disdainful look. It's because of them that this place is increasingly corrupted by the dark side. With a clap of my right hand, a wall of flames forms all around the forge. We are all trapped here now. There's no question of letting them leave; I've decided today to block their way.

"I know who you are, I can tell by your aura. Give me one good reason not to kill you right here and now, Siths, I despise you. You love plundering my planet, huh!?"

I cross my arms with a strict and angry look, my aura is rather grey and if they try to figure out which side I'm on, it will be difficult for them, because for now, I don't belong to any specific faction.

I could just as well heal them as kill them. It all depends on their choice, the ball is in their court, I wonder what decision they will take. They are here to forge their lightsabers, and I am here to prevent them from doing it.

"Which side are you working for?"

Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik Lyssara Thrynn Lyssara Thrynn

0NNDK7K.png

The two traversed with Rellik being more quiet than usual. They enjoyed the water fall, Rellik using the serenity to ensure he was calm and at peace. As they moved along they enjoyed an almost scenic vacation for a moment.

Lyssara knew the way as if she had been here before. Leading them to a forge within some tree lines. It is obviously a place that many had come to before for building their lightsabers. The two began their work.

Than suddenly there was another. A small woman with green hair and blue eyes. She ignited walls of flame around the two in a show of force. A feeling about her was... unique. Rellik knew Lyssara could handle the flames for the most part so he was not too afraid.

"I know who you are, I can tell by your aura. Give me one good reason not to kill you right here and now, Siths, I despise you. You love plundering my planet, huh!?" Came from the lady. She seemed annoyed or downright angry, not typical for a Jedi so Rellik was slightly confused about the whole situation at first.

"
Which side are you working for?" - Rellik believed if she was malicious she would have attacked already. Instead she trapped them. So he took a moment to talk to her. A true vicious killer would have leapt on their prey without a conversation.
"My name is Rellik, this is my pupil Lyssara." He put a hand on Lyss's shoulder. "We are here to build our new lightsabers. We do not mean to intrude upon your home." He gave her a soft slow bow with a smile on his face. "We are not Sith and you do not know us. You should not despise or look for the worst in people so quickly." His demeanor was joking and light. "I am the Diarch, our side is the Diarchy. The aura you feel about me is one that is willing to do what is necessary to protect my own people. Just like you with your home." Rellik was searching the womans powers, trying to decipher what she was capable of as they spoke.

"Lower your flames and come down here, we will not attack you. You may search my mind and learn for yourself what I am." Rellik took his current lightsaber from his hilt and threw it to the new woman, his new one in pieces upon the stone alters. He was now defenseless beyond his hands and his mind.

"You see, I wont be attempting to slice you down today. Come, let us both find out who the other is today."

As I suspected, the two individuals in front of me are a master and their apprentice. However, what is much more surprising is that the master takes the trouble to toss me their own lightsaber. I catch it with one hand and activate the blade. A beautiful color emerges, and I can't help but weigh the weapon in my hand, analyzing it deeply. He may be telling the truth. He also tells me that he works for the Diarchy, a new emerging empire I've heard about.

"It's risky to hand your weapon to an opponent, especially when it's your only defense."

I point his own blade in his direction with a stern look, because the problem is that, even if their intentions aren't bad, the mere act of using the dark side charges the sanctuary. Every single thing they do with the Force, no matter how minor, has an impact.

"You know that everything you do with the Force has an impact. Whether positive or negative, it influences the surroundings."

I decide to deactivate his lightsaber, though the temptation to turn it against him is strong. Instead, I toss it back to him through the flames—I don't really need it. I draw my own lightsaber. It has a black hilt with a red button, making it look far more Sith-like than his. Its blade glows a deep scarlet red.

I have this kind of gadget too, with one key difference: I didn't have to make my crystal bleed to obtain this color. Around here, there are entire mines full of crystals. Red crystals can occur naturally, especially if a crystal has been exposed to the dark side for an extended period it will bleed on its own.

"There are red crystals aplenty here if you know the right places. And yes, this is my home. I speak the language. I am a native. I know these lands well, and the waterfall you saw earlier that's my natural treasure."

With a snap of my fingers, I reduce the intensity of the flames, extinguishing them completely. I am naturally wary and with good reason. Additionally, I can sense a lot of animosity from the woman. Her desire for anger and power does not go unnoticed.

"Why are you angry?"

I sit calmly, cross-legged, sipping some coffee. I toss my own lightsaber to the Diarch in return so he can examine the red blade. I have another one at my belt, silver in color, to symbolize my neutrality. I too have to play into appearances.

"I understand that we all need a journey of growth, but show me that you are worthy of using this forge. I will test you both. You can call me Yusa name. That's my currently name. "

i drink a coffee cup.

Diarch Rellik Diarch Rellik Lyssara Thrynn Lyssara Thrynn

I can't help but remain wary of her, yet I observe the exchange between her and my master. Both seem to be defending their interests and playing the neutrality card. From our side, he assures that we are not Sith. It's probably because of me, since I once was one. My aura is tainted by the dark side, and she noticed it she threw a subtle jab that did not go unnoticed. I frown and reply bluntly.

"Sorry, but that's none of your business."

Seeing that the people have decided not to fight, I too sit down in front of the forge, and then she proposes a kind of test. I hadn't realized it immediately, but she possesses an incredible aura in the Force. Something tells me that even for Rellik, she would be a dangerous opponent if she decided to attack.

However, the color of her aura intrigues me; it is neither black nor white. Considering her lightsaber is scarlet red, I am surprised. She confidently asserts that there are plenty of naturally red lightsaber crystals here, as the dark side present in this place has corrupted the crystals sufficiently.

I don't want to embarrass my master, so for now, I content myself with also drinking a cup of coffee offered by Aileen and accept it, lowering my guard slightly. They say Firrereos are very difficult opponents to defeat, plus they have a very impressive regeneration ability. She looks quite young and frail, but she's probably older than me in reality. One must never trust appearances.

"What's the plan now?"

I sigh because this is not at all convenient for me; I didn't expect to encounter a native now.

Rellik studied the mannerisms of the woman. The people of Ferrerre had a storied history and one he had studied even if he had never been to the planet before. The Diarchs plan was to analyze her for a while and determine any weakness's. Light siders hate when "enemies" defuse a situation.

She had tossed his saber back to him in a surprising vote of confidence. Already her guard was being lowered.

"Come on now my dear, I am sure you can tell that the blade is not the only defense I have." He would put his saber back on his hilt and tuck his hands into his sleeves with his arms crossed. Even though the words were slightly a threat, they were spoken nonchalantly to the Ferrerrio. A mischievous smile forming on Relliks face.

He listened to her words and watched her attentively. She showed him her blade, a red crystal igniting which surprised the Diarch until she explained that they formed naturally.

"What kind of surroundings do you want for your home? Light or dark? If it is already seeped within the darkside - hence the red crystal you have here. Would you not want it to be balanced?"

The Diarch let an aura of peace surround him, counteracting his apprentice's one. The two creating balance in the force between them. Rellik had been studying the light side of the force for some time now to ensure he was a master of all things.

The flames were gently cooling down around the Diarch and Lyss. So far, everything was going according to Relliks machinations.

"Why are you angry?"

Rellik would commune with Lyssara Thrynn Lyssara Thrynn telepathically. - "You are doing good. Keep upon your path and let your intentions be clear. She is seeing into you and we will use her advantages against her. She believes her power of intuition to be infallible."

"I understand that we all need a journey of growth, but show me that you are worthy of using this forge. I will test you both. You can call me Yusa name. That's my currently name. "

The Diarchs plan was to invite her into his mind. To accept her challenge and once inside (if needed) to scorch her from the inside out. Her species was a particular dilemma to overcome and he would need to find unconventional methods of attack.

"I accept your challenge Yusa." His tone and impression of calm, peaceful, joking behavior never left since his first comment.

He accepts my challenge, but the other one seems more inclined to come to blows. I need to be wary because she is particularly aggressive. I can feel her thirst for power from here. I've rarely seen such demeanor. She better cooperate, otherwise I won't hesitate to kill her.

"Very well, in that case, I propose a very simple test. Your goal will be to invade my mind and try to bring me down."

I couldn't really be clearer in having laid it all out; they will have to try to breach my mental defenses to hope to get past and win. Otherwise, I do not intend to give them even a slice of the pie.

Once seated cross-legged, I delve into the depths of the force, focusing more to not let their auras and their speeches disturb me. I've noticed that the other one seemed much more calm and composed I think he's the real threat here.

I saw that while I was talking, he analyzes all my behavior and looks for a gap to exploit. In that case, I'll give him one. I pretend to relax for a moment to encourage both to try to penetrate my mind. What they will find if they try is a battlefield scene from a past conflict on Febrini, a warlike ambiance—it fits well with the other fool's thirst for power.

I plunge back into this memory of battle, also taking care to deploy a force shield around me to protect against any treacherous physical attacks. Normally, this blocks mental attacks too, but I intentionally allow them through to test their motivation to forge their own lightsaber.

What better than a combat arena for this trial?

I await the one in the red robe steadfastly; I stand upright with my hands behind my back ready to react, this mental imagery sometimes serves as a refuge for me I am at ease here.

"Let's see what you're made of."

The scene has been set and all participants were willing. The Diarch was calm and collected. A nice vacation upon the journey to his destiny. Typical to his nature - he held little fear or anger to this test. It was a passing moment that although dangerous, did not feel like the end. So to embark into the mind of his new enemy would be more another study of life than a duel to the death. For a man of magic and science, it was exploration.

As the Ferrerrio came to them and sat cross legged opposite of him, Rellik would do the same. Hands folded into the other sleeves of his arms and a smile across his face. The force consuming him, a practice he has come more and more in tune with recently. As the Diarch had been finding the balance within himself he did not need to fight as much as before to be attuned with the force. He was not manipulating to enter the mind of the Ferrerrio. Instead he was welcomed in, albeit with some trepidation

As the world faded from him and a new one entered he was met with a battlefield. A common site within his lifetime. He pondered why the woman would bring him here. Presumably to test how he interacted when he and others were in danger. Rellik took in the landscape, a fierce battle had taken place. Off in the distance the girl who's mind he was in. Hands behind her back.

"Let's see what you're made of."

Rellik approached her, still in the motions of a master - Calm and deliberate. As they began to mold into the now combined conscious he would bend down to the broken field they stood on. Grabbing a small flower that had already been uprooted in one hand and a piece of metal scrap in the other. He rose back up and opened his palms showing both to her.

"I wish to see flowers like this everywhere and remove the things that would cause its destruction."

With a scorch of lightning the piece of metal in Relliks hand would crumble to dust and begin to float away in the air. - The aura around him would begin to feel electric and sporadic with sparks of lightning of a Sith.

Bending back down, he would dig a small hole into the ground with his hand and place the flower into it. Burying it and placing his hand over he would put some of his energy into the flower. As it slowly grew out of the earth anew Rellik would rise up again stand near the Ferrerrio. - The hot aura now controlled and with the warmth of a sun behind it. Hot enough to be comforting but if you were to reach into it, it would still burn. A orange glow with small sparks bouncing around him.

"We are both flowers put here by fate. I believe we are all here for a purpose. I would hate to see your purpose being to die here today. You do not seem to be a psychopath or anything of the sort."

With one simple test of virtue the Diarch would use his aura to push her. Slightly harming her in the process but not doing anything to damage her ties to her conscious and her body. He did so to see if she would respond violently or with the understanding he tried to convey.

I carefully observe the man's demeanor it seems full of contradictions on various points. He speaks of peace and rational ideas while simultaneously attempting to breach my mental defenses and attack me discreetly. Well, in a way, it's partially my fault since I directly suggested he test me. I should have known better, as I can easily sweep aside his attempts with my ability to shatter Force illusions.

I glance at the plant he's placed in the ground, leaving me puzzled. I didn't expect this kind of metaphorical discourse on life. He seems to respect it deeply and doesn't come across as someone who just loves rushing into battle, eager to draw his lightsaber and take lives as if they were meaningless.

"Me, not being a psychopath? That largely depends on the circumstances. I can become one if it means defending my interests."

And I wasn't wrong. If I need to take a life to protect myself, I won't hesitate to dirty my hands in the grimiest way possible. I'm not afraid to ruin my fine attire and get down in the trenches to help those in need. I often offer help to anyone brave enough to ask for it. Even if they don't have money, it doesn't matter I'll carry out the mission anyway.

I'm not driven by cruelty or malicious desires, but I'm not all sweetness either. No one is purely black or white.

I feel him trying to push back against my aura and penetrate my mind as deeply as possible. I deliberately leave a small breach open, inviting him to dive in. I want to see how he reacts when I reveal memories from my youth. This external battle holds deep personal meaning for me.

I've always been at war with myself, mistreated in my childhood, and tortured by unscrupulous people. That's why I'm deeply cautious. My past is filled with painful memories.

"I became a healer to aid the vulnerable, just as I won't hesitate to cleave an enemy in two without the slightest remorse."

"Me, not being a psychopath? That largely depends on the circumstances. I can become one if it means defending my interests."
Her point was fair and resonated with Rellik. When tested, it did not appear that she feared having her psych entered even deeper. She must have either believed him or wanted to show him something in the depths.

If Rellik's brother, his apprentice or his family were put in danger, he too would defend those interests. They were similar in that regard. The Diarch would take that information and pursue it further.

"I became a healer to aid the vulnerable, just as I won't hesitate to cleave an enemy in two without the slightest remorse."
Before diving deeper into Yusa's consciousness he would make a plea to the woman.
"I have done many [evil] things. The way I see it, I was born into a galaxy at war. I was brought up to fight in this battle. Are those who were damned to be raised in conflict forced to be judged for simply living. I ask you, what is better - to be born good, or to overcome your evil nature through great effort? If you would be so kind. Help me learn to be a healer like yourself. As my apprentice makes her blade within the Dark side, I will help heal your planet. We can keep the balance together."

As he finished his words he dove deeper, hoping to see whatever it was that Yusa wished to show her. Hoping in the process that it would bring the two into a deeper understanding of their whills and how they move within the force.
