Strengths:
- Veterans: Serving in the Counter Criminal Campaigns of the Hutt Territories, many who serve here were trained by Mandalorain Exiles. Fighting Experience in CQB and Extreme Urban Areas.
- Die Hard Patriots: Service to the Republic is an Honor to many who served in the Hellish Enviorment of the Counter Criminal Campaigns, those in DE-Compo would rather die then give land back to the enemy.
Weaknesses:
- Uncomfortable Conditions: Use to fighting in Criminally infested large cities like those in the Hutt Territories, fighting in forest, desserts, or fields are irregular for the Unit and can cause them to be slowed or loose significant communications ability.
- Criminal Background: A quarter of the Corps is made up of a Dead Man Legion, or Ex-Convicts that exchanged Prison Time for service to the Republic. As such some loose control in the flurry of the moment and return to their previous occupations as murder, theft, and attempted AWOL.
Description:
Reorganized from the battered 4th Republic Army after the Hutt Territory Counter Criminal Campaign, the three Corps that made up the Sector Army were reassigned to the other three Armies after the losses of the Campaign. Previously the 4th Corp of the 4th Sector Army, they were merged with the 3rd Corp of 1st SA and the 16th Dead Man Legion who both sustained casualties in the Assault of a Hutt Controlled Space Station near Nar Haaska.
Considered one of the largest gathering of Veteran Soldiers who served from the Annexation of Teth, to the Assault on Lydrax. Specially trained by General [member="Jaster of Clan Awaud"] and his Mandalorain Clansmen during the Campaign. These troopers were the survivors of some of the toughest engagements with criminal and cultist organizations that were rampant in the area. Serving as both a Military body and assistant planetary police force, this allowed the unit to work well with one another and became a leading volunteer unit for first assignment. These Marines are assigned to the 1st Republic Sector Army, though are given special privileges as a Beach Storm Troopers and given a small Battle-group to assist with Landings.
After the reformation of the New Republic Armed Forces, the command of the unit was handed over to Marshal Commander Tobias Drakes. As well as the missions of initial invasions.
