  • Permissions: Not Applicable.
  • Links: Not Applicable.
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: 200th Regiment, "Mighty Boars Army"
  • Affiliation: New Imperial Order
  • Classification: Assault.
  • Description: Wearing two tusks as a crest, the Mighty Boars are to be the one of the best melee fighters in the Imperial Army. Warriors to the core of their soul, the Mighty Boars believe in honor, courage and the defeat of their enemies above all things. They are quite famous for squealing endlessly during a battle, and honor their dead, believing that if someone died in battle, he did it gladly as he is now bathed in glory.
COMBAT INFORMATION:

  • Unit Size: Large. 2.048 members.
  • Unit Availability: Common.
  • Unit Experience: Trained.
  • Equipment:
  • Combat Function: While carrying four hundred gamorreans trained to use laser lances and carbines, the rest of this regiment are known for despising the idea of using any ranged weaponry. They are one of the toughest units in all the New Imperial Army when it comes to close combat and melee wielding of the weapons they are familiar with, but they show they that they can still be considered 'savages' due to not putting any effort on wielding ranged weaponry. The Mighty Boars were formed due to a initiative on the New Imperial Army to show that aliens can also join their ranks, as a attempt to contain the Anti-Humanism feelings growing over the alien species of the planets conquered by the New Imperial Order, causing the Mighty Boars to be quite the famous bunch of soldiers within their ranks due to its popularity and the use of their image for propaganda.
Strengths:
  • They can put a fight - Known among the ranks of NIO's army as the 'Mighty Boars', this regiment is renowned for its strength, bravery and for being fearless when in the face of danger.
  • They squeal - Squealing mighty words in their native tongue, this unit can strike fear to the hearts of their enemies even without saying a single word of galactic basic. Being members of a warmonger species, the Mighty Boars are powerful melee fighters, combining that with their will and courage.
Weaknesses:
  • Can't talk Basic - The gamorreans never even try to speak basic, or even learn. A translator is required to give orders to this bunch.
  • Bad with Ranged Weaponry - Due to their past as melee fighters to show their 'boarness', the Mighty Boars leave gaps when it comes to using ranged weaponry.
  • Porcine - They smell bad, they squeal loudly, they are angry and they do not look kind to those that show contempt towards them.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The New Imperial Order has changed the scales of the galaxy. They have demonstrated the impossible by fighting against the Sith Empire and win almost at every turn. However, due to the faction being ruled by all but humans and Non-Force Users, this left more than enough room for the alien species on the planets under their control to rally behind the anti-humanism feelings of old catching the attention of the High Command causing it to bring forth the 'Alien Initiative', where alien species with enough character and promise were recruited by the New Imperial Order, to be commanded by members of their own species into battle. The Mighty Boars were formed due to that same initiative on the New Imperial Army to show that aliens can also join their ranks, formed from the Gamorrean Clans of Prydain in JanFathal, this unit was one of the very firsts to join the New Order, causing the Mighty Boars to be quite the famous bunch of soldiers within their ranks due to its popularity and the use of their image for propaganda.
