"It's time for a New Way," God-Queen Kiera Skell
Unlike the previous Yuuzhan-Vong empires and sects, the Yuuzhan-Collective has embraced a new philosophy and opened their minds to new possibilities in a galaxy that fears and despises them. The True Way, previously the guiding force to the Yuuzhan-Vong people, has bee replaced and a new rule of law has been instituted. Queen Kiera Sifdin-Skell, the self proclaimed God-Queen of the Collective, has forged a new path for the Vong and those who share their similar views of the Force and the chaos of the galaxy.
The New Way
Founded by Kiera Sifdin-Skell after her clan was decimated, coming to her in a series of dreams thereafter, the New Way has become adopted by all the Yuuzhan-Vong that follow her or the Collective. While the baseline principles and beliefs have remained untouched, Kiera has taken steps to radically alter the approach the Vong take to the galaxy. Where before they'd enslave and force their captures to endure the Ascension, the Collective instead seeks to integrate the native races of this galaxy through other means. Recognizing the ever growing number of outcasts- bounty hunters, smugglers, assassins, others of the like -Kiera and her Collective have opened their doors to anyone who is willing to see their grand new vision: a galaxy ruled by the ordinary people, not the Force or those clinging to it.
While some of the Yuuzhan-Vong may view the natives of this galaxy as lesser or insignificant, the majority have accepted this new way and Kiera's vision, believing it to be a divine change needed for their ultimate victory.
The Grand Design
The Collective isn't just forwarding the objectives of the Yuuzhan-Vong people. Non-Vong members are treated with equal respect and are viewed as Vong themselves after a period of time. This new approach is akin to the Mandalorians: Yuuzhan-Vong may be the race, by the Yuuzhan-Collective is a way of life that anyone can adopt. Those who do adopt it will find family and friends among the Collective. Nearly anyone from any background is welcomed to join this new family, anyone except those with Force-sensitivity.
Those who can use the Force are viewed with as much disdain as the Force itself is. This disdain is showcased no better than in the Grand Design. This strategy and doctrine was created by Kiera and is the ultimate goal of the Collective. While the exact details of the Grand Design are known only to Kiera and her inner circle, everything the Collective does forwards this agenda. What is known, and what is at it's core, is the hatred of the Force and, by extension, those who wield it; for the Force is the source of the chaos, and only by silencing it will the chaos truly cease.
