The Basics:
The lost colonies is a collection of forgotten or lost colonies that were forgotten about that have come together in a strength in numbers ideal to form a small minor faction in hopes that they have a better chance at survival.
The Government:
The Lost colonies, also referred to as the TLC Federation[SUP],[/SUP] is the unified government of multiple colonies, all inhabited within the outer rim planets as well as its associated colonies, territories and outposts. The TLC Federation is a veteran-led, republic-style parliamentary system of government based in Aaris III, and run by a council of colony overseers in all matters except those directly related to the military.
The Lost colony Federation consists of two branches:
Every government position within the Federation can only be filled by a veteran of the Colonial infantry. Civilians are unable to apply for any government position given that they have not yet proven they will keep the interests of the Federation first and foremost within their heart, defending them with their life if necessary. Citizenship is earned by civilians, primarily through a voluntary term of service with the Colonial Infantry of no less than two years including swearing an oath to that effect.
Direct control of the main branches of the are placed under singular command of a Wing commander during periods of declared war.
The current Commander in Chief of the Colonial Infantry is Wing commander is Han tuusoc
Locations:
currently the only location is on a single planet called Aaris III but with multiple colonies
IC Objectives:
The current objective of the TLC federation is to establish control of its boarders and planet and build up a sizable military to defend itself only then will it look to the stars to continue to spread out hoping to one day be remembered instead of forgotten like its past.
OOC Objectives:
Our goal is to create an active, friendly, and unique place for writers of all kinds to develop their characters. We will help minor factions start off by interacting with them when other major factions may not. And hope to one day become a major faction.
