The holocron opened up to the familiar blonde Witch standing bathed in a blue, aquatic light, warm and cool at the same time.

I haven’t had a chance to write this all down, so recording it on this… device seems the only way to really place this in the best possible way. The holocron, a Jedi tool, but its not who I am, haven’t been this way for a while. The tool was dusty, and buried in a room on Kattada. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I haven’t had a chance to get back to Dathomir to perform the rituals to add to the Book of Tides.

But I’ve been out there in the dark, and found a few things.

One is a dark magick ritual, a mimicry power.

Out in the Outer Rim, there are beings who will combat various foes, especially others who use the Force, or magick. When they foe is eliminated, the being performs a blood ritual, linking the blood of the fallen to their own Force aura. It allows the victor to pull in an ability the other used, without proper practice.

In what I can see, if I was to combat a Fallanassi, I could, in essence, copy their illusions spells… powers… what have you.

The blonde smiled as she sat down at the desk, drawing and writing, a small diagram of combat, and words in an arcane Allyan text. The process for the spell to work properly. She had seen a Hunter of the former Outer Rim Coalition create the spell, ad a Nightsister…

The other spell, its a summoning. It follows up on a Nightsister spell. Similar to the raising of the dead, not something the Blue Corals do, but we can bond with the wilds. Taking the essence of a creature, either from one that has been bested in combat, or in other situations, where a bond has been made with a beast, similar to my connection to my pal, Mer, the Kattadan Pelagic Serpent.

The blonde showed the kyber pendant on her necklace, shaped like the Serpent of the world.

We had met each other several times out in the sea, where I was able to assist her from a predator, and she had returned the favorite several times. Through the Force, Mer and I connected and she sacrificed herself to be able to protect me. A spectral serpent can be summoned with the right spell.

Another step away and Brooke wrote several words and motions, showing the proper spell for the connection and summoning, built off of the sacrificed beasts, not the one of necromancy.

I will be making it back to Dathomir soon to ensure this gets added to the Book.
