It is with a heavy heart that we at Locke and Key Mechanics were informed of the Dark Empire's new heavy handed and authoritarian economic policy. For decades Locke and Key Mechanics has stood for fair trade galaxy-wide, never favouring one government over another but selling our goods to any who would buy them.

Sadly, in propagating this ill-advised policy, the Dark Empire has struck a blow against the basic freedom of trade upon which the galaxy's economy is built. A blow that may potentially have profound consequences.

As such, we have no choice but to put an embargo into effect against the Dark Empire and their affiliates. As of this notice, no Locke and Key Mechanics merchandise or products will be made available to the Dark Empire, their citizens or those companies who are affiliated with them.

We also encourage any other companies who are willing to enact a similar embargo.
