Subject: The state of the Galaxy.
Location: The Jedi Enclave of Svivren.

The loss of Csilla was felt across the Galaxy, the wealth of lives lost was devastating. I cannot be certain that my previous concerns were somehow tied to this, or perhaps a prelude of things still to come, however I'm gravely concerned for the people nearer to the Core Worlds now than I have ever been.

The Outer Rim Territories share their struggles, yet have managed to avoid being largely affected by the inner regions and events as vile as the loss of an entire world...-Since perhaps the conflict between the First Order and Galactic Alliance of old. Operating out of Svivren and Jutrand, the Jedi Coalition (while small in numbers) are providing relief efforts across the Outer Rim, doing what can be done for this largely lawless expanse. I however remain torn in my desire to continue my work here, or otherwise offer what I can to those afflicted by these tumultuous wars waged by the powers that be.

Together, the Coalition and the Rebellion have been working closely side by side in a bid to help assist the Rimward Trade League and their hopes for the future of the Outer Rim. Yet with the Rebellion being what it is, there is very much the potential for action to be taken against those responsible were we only to gain in number.

Can violence be answered with further violence in the hope that things may improve, however? The Jedi Code teaches us otherwise, discouraging the provocation of harm and my feelings on the matter threaten to lead me astray from the progress possible here and now. Galactic Justice is a prospect that Government Establishments are better suited to delivering, whereas the Jedi are not supposed to be soldiers or law bringers. It was never our place to force our will upon others, and so even now when I find myself feeling as I do, logic and my training counters these impulses.

There are still thousands of worlds across the Outer Rim, an unimaginable number of people in need of support. I told myself that I would stand for the 'little people', and in this I mean those not under the care and protection of democratic powers the likes of the Silver Concord and the Galactic Alliance, two powers providing their territories with the civil rights and services that those in the Outer Rim sorely require.

These Wars may not look to be coming to a halt any time soon, however, the Outer Rim has forever had to fight for their means of survival. This was as prevalent during my time with the Outer Planets Alliance, as it is today.

I will have to trust in the Will of the Force, and to meditate on these feelings if I am to find the guidance to continue on my rightful path.
