[background=Division 1 - Galactic Alliance [/font]
[background=1. Young adults, human or otherwise, who are inhabitants of systems formerly belonging to the Galactic Alliance will be conscripted into the Imperial Auxiliary, with the potential for promotion to the Imperial Army or Stormtrooper Corps if applicable.[/font]

[background=2. Former Galactic Alliance human inhabitants who wish to enlist within the Stormtrooper Corps do so with an increase from the minimum five year service, to fifteen years, in which they will gain full Imperial citizenship.[/font]


[background=Division 2 - Neutral Worlds[/font]
[background=1. Young adults, human or otherwise, who are inhabitants of First Order worlds brought underneath the Order's protection are applicable for enlistment into the Auxiliary or Imperial Army for tenures of ten and fifteen years respectively in which they will gain Imperial citizenship for themselves and children.[/font]

[background=1a: Said inhabitants, human or near-human, are applicable to enlistment within the Stormtrooper Corps in place of the Auxiliary or Army for a tenure of five years of service.[/font]

[background=2. Able bodied sentients of formerly neutral worlds are applicable for enlistment into the Navy in place of the Auxiliary or Imperial Army.*[/font]

[background=*No amount of service within the Navy grants full Imperial citizenship.[/i]


[background=Division 3 - Application[/font]
[background=1. All inhabitants of worlds formerly belonging to the Galactic Alliance are subject to this Act.[/font]

[background=2. All inhabitants of worlds claimed by the First Order after the Blockade of L-49 are subject to this Act.[/font]


[background=Division 4 - Exceptions[/font]
[background=1. Any exception to this Act must be approved by the Supreme Commander on a case by case basis.[/font]


[background=Division 5 - Punitive Measures[/font]
[background=1. Inhabitants of these systems who neglect their duty will be charged with treason against the Supreme Leader and his Empire.[/font]

[background=1a. Resistance will be met with the assimilation of communities.[/font]

[background=1b. Resistance will result in the incarceration of those convicted in the Graush Correctional Facility at [REDACTED].
[background=2. Inhabitants of these systems who attempt to flee the system will be enlisted and sent to the Graush Correctional Facility at [REDACTED].

[background=Division 6 - War Time Directive #756 - 852ABY[/font]
[background=1. In times of war military officials in Central Command possess the right to conscript any sentient being or asset into their personal arsenal for the duration of the war, in which said sentient will be returned to where they were taken.[/font]

[background=1a. Imperial Army Ranking in Central Command: General and above.[/font]

[background=1b. Stormtrooper Corps Ranking in Central Command: General and above.[/font]

[background=1c. Imperial Navy Ranking in Central Command: Fleet Admiral and above.[/font]

[background=2. Imperial citizens reserve the right to b[background=e exempt from conscription, and any Commander persisting in violating this right, will be dishonourably discharged from the service and will have all honours stripped.[/font]

[background=*Civilians are not protected from conscription.[/i]
