My serious roleplaying journey began over a decade ago, and in that time, I've had the chance to play a wide range of characters. Some were part of large, well-known storylines; others existed in quieter, more personal arcs. I'm planning to revisit a few of those stories, but this time, I want to reimagine them within the current era of Chaos.
That might mean bringing back familiar faces like Katarine Ryiah, or reworking others, perhaps a rebel I once wrote (Braiden Sky), a journalist I always enjoyed developing (Holly Starstorm), or even a Mandalorian character I played in the past (Kat'ra Smart).
To make these stories work in this new setting, I'll be approaching them as soft reboots. That means these characters will be arriving fresh to this galaxy, with no existing connections. I won't be acknowledging any in-universe relationships or histories from their past iterations. Of course, I can't control how other writers choose to treat their characters, but I'll be writing mine as if they've never met anyone here before.
