On April 20th the roleplaying community lost a longtime friend, Rach Sullen. I remember when I first started roleplaying decades ago and Rach was always around with her pink hair and snarky comments. I was more than a little intimidated by her at first but after a while she became a friend. When I moved to Detroit I was scared to leave my apartment. I was so not a city girl, but Rach Sullen and Kane E Smart would talk to me daily. Roleplaying with them at night and our fun talks on Skype (yea we are old) are memories I will always cherish when I think of Rach. She was the one who encouraged me to date the man I would eventually marry and I will forever be thankful that she pushed me in that direction.
I will miss you Rachies. I hope you make it to Heaven and I pray that the Lord watches over the children, family, and friends you leave behind. Thank you so much for all of the memories.
