We are writing to your offices today on the behalf of the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT concerning a fugitive currently at large in the MID-SYSTEMS! The individual in question (known to your office as ELLA NOVA) is a former board member of TRIARCH within the K.R.C and a former colleague of the firm Vūm who are writing to you today to facilitate the necessary steps to safeguard and protect the mutual concerns that we share with your office and the state of the HIGH REPUBLIC itself.

It has come to our attention that on STARDATE: 032526 our former colleague was arrested and subsequently detained by the JEDI ORDER on the allegation that they were a SITH LORD! Following a six-month detainment and incarceration in JEDI captivity our firm have also learned of a separate incident occurring on STARDATE: 250626 involving the alleged assassination of JEDI GRANDMASTER ALA QUIN which resulted in NOVA becoming at large in the MID-SYSTEMS as a wanted FUGITIVE!

Our firm, combined with our associates in the K.R.C, are deeply troubled and concerned by the allegations that have been lobbied against our former colleague. As the representatives of the KENARI SYSTEM, and as per the CHARTER OF UNITY, the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT remain resolute in safeguarding and protecting the security of it's represented people as well as the HIGH REPUBLIC. The subsequent revelation that a member of TRIARCH (who was positioned so-close to the very fabric of the HIGH REPUBLIC'S DEMOCRACY) is a SITH is deeply troubling, concerning and found to be ultimately dangerous to our mutually shared concerns at a time where the HIGH REPUBLIC finds itself at war with the SITH EMPIRE!

In full compliance with REPUBLIC LAW our firm (in conjunction with our associates in the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT) have taken the next necessary steps to safeguard and protect our mutual interests.


SAFEGUARDING STEPS & PROCEDURES:

Both VŪM and the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT have taken these necessary steps in order to fulfil our obligations as entities currently operating within the HIGH REPUBLIC. In particular, as the elected representatives of the KENARI SYSTEM, the K.R.C are deeply troubled and concerned that a co-conspirator to the SITH ORDER was discovered in such a prominent position within the consortium and it's eleven members. Included in this correspondence is a request from your office to assist in further safeguarding the citizens of KENARI from further traces of corruption happening again.

VŪM was founded in 902 ABY to discover, reach out and facilitate individuals, entities or organisations aligned with our desire to eliminate the threat of the SITH ORDER. In line with this goal we have taken these necessary steps to expunge the traces of SITH corruption not only in our firm but also in collaboration with the KENARI RESOURCE COMPACT who have been victims of a SITH PLOT to undermine the HIGH REPUBLIC and the targeted assassination of the leader of the JEDI ORDER!

In full compliance with the EMERGENCY POWERS yielded to your office (following the declaration of war against ALL SITH) our firm desires to collaborate, assist and comply with the REPUBLIC AUTHORITIY in these dire times. On the behalf of our firm and the K.R.C we offer to yield to a full audit of our operations, offices and personnel so that we can once again establish trust between your government and our mutual entities following the revelation that such a senior member of our organisations was subsequently discovered to be a co-conspirator of the SITH ORDER!
