Editing scars

Hello.
I have a picture that I really want to use, but there is only one problem: It is supposed to have a scar over the left eye, but the picture I found lacks it. So I'm looking for People that are good/experienced With adding scars that look realistic on Pictures.
I will be very Grateful, and pay 20,000 Republic credits to whoever can make it look realistic.
