THE STORY SO FAR:
Born into a well off, diplomatic family of Manaan, Zon spent his early formative years within many underwater settlements. The young Selkath showed early signs of high intelligence and excelled at his studies, favoring helping people and medicine to be his future path. While his intelligence ostracized the youngling, his father chose to have his son train in the art of Teräs Käsi so that he might be able to defend himself if his curiosity ever got him in trouble.
With his mother's appointment to the Ahto High Court, Zon and his family were able to move to the above surface city in his teenage years. The diversity and culture shock of Ahto City with the constant travel of different sentient species to the city furthered his aim to aid those who needed his help in this galaxy.
Enrolling in a medical school, he continued his studies with a specialty to become a xenosurgeon. It was around this time that Zon first discovered what only could be described as the Force. Almost like a volcano suddenly erupting, Zon's ability to heal within the force abruptly came to him when aiding an unconscious soldier. He realized he was able to accelerate the healing process if he were to be focus all of his energy into the wound. Zon would keep this ability quiet, almost refusing to acknowledge it, but knew it would come in handy throughout his career if a sticky situation ever arose.
After graduation he found himself buried within his work, aiding the citizens and travelers of Ahto City, while aspiring to join the Ahto High Court just as his mother did before him. This ambition brought rivals into the fray as many highborn Selkath's jockeyed for the same open position for the court. Most believed Doctor Azrah to be the logical decision for the court, yet these rivals forced any chance they could to undermine him.
During a routine surgery, Zon heard news that his home was being raided by the local security and that they had found heavy amounts of spice and bantha bile. Figuring the substances had been planted within his home and fearing for his safety on Manaan, Zon quickly made his way to escape the planet. He was stopped by security boarding an off-world transport and escorted to prison for his crimes.
A quick, open and shut case, saw the Selkath sentenced and his medical license revoked. His mothers influence on the court and his families wealth could not do anything to free the innocent doctor. With his life on Manaan realistically over, Zon made plans within his cell to escape this corrupt city. Using his wealth and influence, the Selkath paid out for a job that included breaking himself out of prison to get him off this world and protecting him along the journey to safety. He used his contacts to reach every criminal and smuggling group and organization he could get a hold of. He would await his freedom from within the cell with anticipation of what the rest of the galaxy had to offer him.
