Description: The Zeus’ Lightening is a tank, planned to be a standard issue tank for the open market. The unit is carried by 5 Chambered Repulsors, and wielding a large armament to deal devastating damage. The main cannon is powerful, but requires a few seconds to warm up and cool down. An all purpose vehicle, the ZL tank also features one repeating laser canon, and 5 mortor launchers. The main gun, much like a normal Railgun, a superconducting magnet is spun at high velocity, creating a field of energy that, when fired, propels a large bolt of plasma at high velocity. This effect gives more punching power and using plasma verse energy bolts gives the weapons burning effect that will keep melting away at the target it struck. Imagine a molten hot bullet that burns once inside the body, causing severe damage. There is, however a large recoil from the main canon, which pushes the tank back a few paces. As well, the engines must be shut down while the main gun is firing, resulting in an immobile target when firing the main gun. With a well trained crew, these tanks could dominate the battlefield, but all weapons have weak points. A solid strike to the engines, or the rotating arm of the main canon would render it a large paperweight.

This needs to follow (including the order of) the Vehicle template provided for factory submissions.

Image Source: (Please link to where you found the image, or to the original artist if possible. TinEye or Google Image Search can help.)

Intent: (Example: 'A personal weapon for Darth Scabious' or 'an advanced armored personnel carrier for the Republic')

Development Thread: (The main way people work for their toys, though most submissions don't require a development thread. Restricted items require specific development threads. Substantial development threads can help judges approve more powerful submissions. If in doubt, put 'If necessary,' and a judge may or may not ask you for one.)

Manufacturer: (Kuat Drive Yards, BlasTech Industries, [Character Name], etc.)

Model: (Example: E-11 Blaster Rifle. For submissions where a model wouldn't be appropriate, such as a custom walking stick, put 'N/A' for 'Not Applicable'.)

Affiliation: (Example: The E-11 Blaster Rifle was produced for the Galactic Empire and used almost exclusively by Imperial Stormtroopers. Do not put the company unless the product is only for your company's use. Common choices include 'Open market' or the name of a specific faction.)

Modularity: (Can components of this submission be swapped out for other components? Is it especially easy to modify? For most submissions, put 'No'.)

Production: (The scale is Unique, Semi-Unique, Limited, Minor, Mass-Produced. More powerful submissions are more likely to be approved the fewer of them there are. There are no numbers associated with these.)

Material: (What is it made out of? Certain materials are more resistant, or vulnerable, to certain weapons. Example: 'Durasteel, blaster components.')

Role: (Assault Tank? Reconnaissance? Troop Transport? Personal Speeder?)

Height: (Via Metric System)

Length: (Via Metric System)

Width: (Via Metric System)

Weight: (Via Metric System)

Minimum Crew: (Lowest amount of people required to operate the vehicle)

Optimal Crew: (The ideal amount of people to operate the vehicle)

Propulsion: (Repulsorlift, Wheels, Tracks, Bipedal, Quadrupedal)

Top Speed: (KM/H please)

Armaments: (What weapons and defenses are mounted on the vehicle?)

Squadron Count: (How many of these vehicles are equal to the weight and size of 12 X-wing starfighters? This can be a rough estimate.)

Passenger Capacity: (How many non-crew individuals can the vehicle support, if any?)

Cargo Capacity: (Via Metric system. How much cargo can the vehicle hold, if any?)

Misc. Equipment: (Even if you've discussed your features at length in the Description line of the Base Template, this is a good place to list them.)

Description: (Include some strengths and weaknesses here. Describe some of the history behind the submission. Give us some idea of how it might perform its function, what it excels against and what some limitations of it are. This is where you talk about your idea, flesh it out over at least a good-sized paragraph, and address some of the ways it might be used or abused. For especially powerful or ambitious submissions, a very thorough description is recommended.)

Primary Source: (Please link the source of another writer's submission that you are modifying for your use; only necessary for "Chaos Canon" submissions)

Make this 5 by 3 (Five with 3 mortars per) or some similar configuration and you should be good to go on that.

The AAT required its repulsorlift to shut off temporarily in order to fire a heavy laser cannon, I will need to see similar actions taken to fire a railgun, as well as a heavy recoil and push-back on the tank, if this is to use repulsorlift engines.
