HISTORY
A philosopher was once heard saying, "There is enough in the Galaxy for everyone's need, but not for everyone's greed." This is no truer for those who live on the poluted, factory-world of Bonadan. This was the hell that Zhabini was born into. While he keeps his biological origins tight-lipped, his earliest memory is watching his birth parents succumb to the sickness of Bonadan Cough. Thankfully, his birth-father managed to make friends among the immigrant Ryn community that lived nearby. The boy, though it was unheard of, was adopted by the Ryn.
Under his adopted people, Zhabini learned every one of their tricks and trades. Street fighting, games of chance, sabacc tarot, and everything in-between. But from the vantage point he lived in, he could see the corruption and sickness of Bonadan. How its people were tossed aside like trash, and how the Ryn were treated like rats. He grew into a young adult, and longed to get off-world. Yet, this proved to be the most difficult challenge in his life at this point. It is known that nobody gets off of Bonadan unless they are either wealthy, or extremely lucky.
Thus, he and some of his adopted Ryn brothers took on a heist at one of Bonadan's many ports. They managed to cease a freighter vessel originally named the Outland Starr, but was quickly renamed the Slashrat. Unfortunately, the ordeal left two of his brother dead and Zhabini severely injured and disfigured in his face. Yet, from this endeavor was born the first incarnation of the Bonadan Blighters: a gang of thieves, smugglers, and criminals. Over the years, the gang has expanded, and old faces had settled down. In any case, Zhabini has chosen to lead his merry gang in the defiance of societies that treat people like commodities.
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
[+] Street Fighter: Having grown up on the streets of Bonadan, Zhabini learned how to fight bare-knuckled and in the style of a street fighter. In his years escaping Bonadan, he learned how to be a good shot with a blaster, and the use of thrown weapons like flechettes and spinblades.
[+] Space Gypsy: Having been raised by the Ryn, Zhabini knows just about every one of their tricks. He uses their little known language for codes among his gang. Most notably, he one of the few non-Ryn to recognize the signs to access the Ryn Information Network
[-] Deformed: During the heist that allowed him to escape from Bonadan also cost him two of his adopted brothers, and caused severe deformities. It is a source of shame for him, and always wears a mask. He never takes it off, except in complete private. He also takes offense to anyone who tries to remove his mask.
[-] Anti-Capitalist: Having been raised on Bonadan, he has seen the exploitation of the everyday person by greedy corporations. As such, he opposes such systems, and will not work with any criminal organizations that follow a similar path. Namely, he will never willingly work with Hutts or Zygerrians, given their respective practices of exploitation.
