APPEARANCE:
Zev is a handsome young human male in his early 20s with fair skin, black hair, and blue-gray eyes. He stands just under six feet tall and is in very good shape. He is usually impeccably groomed and seems to take a lot of care of his appearance, even if his most frequently worn outfit is just an Alliance flight suit.
BIOGRAPHY:
Zev was born on Anaxes to the Garallia family, an upper-class family with a long and storied tradition of naval military service. The fourth and youngest child, he was raised like the rest of his siblings with the expectation of attending the Naval War College in Pols Anaxes and being commissioned as a naval fleet officer. This was what the Garallia family did, after all. He grew up in and around starships and shipyards, becoming just as comfortable there as he was anywhere else.
Zev was different from the rest of his family, however, in that he displayed a keen interest and strong talent for piloting from a very young age. As often as he could he would get his parents to let him behind the stick of whatever ship he was able to. He was already quite skilled as a teenager, when as part of his youthful rebellion he and a number of other kids would boost ships and speeders and take them for joyrides around Pol Anaxes. His adamant insistence on becoming a stick jockey rather than a fleet officer had already served to create something of a rift between himself and his familiy; when he got in trouble for wrecking a stolen speeder, the rift only deepened. Restitution was made and the problem was made to go away, but to say Zev's parents were disappointed in him would be an understatement.
After this Zev enrolled in the Pol Anaxes Naval War College, training to be a fighter pilot in the GADF Starfighter Corps. He excelled immediately quickly establishing a place at the top of his class and never relinquishing it during his years in the academy. He graduated, went through flight school, and found himself assigned to Revenant Squadron.
