DESCRIPTION
The CIS approached Zentripoli and offered him the Viceroy position for Hypori in exchange for exclusive war droid contracts. They allowed him to continue to sell control systems and other technology to the galaxy at large, but the droids we exclusive to the CIS. Since that time, Zentripoli and ZDT have broken away from the CIS and joined the Sith Empire.
The scope of business for ZDT includes manufacturing, consulting, modification services, repair services, etc. ZDT is a ruthless corporation. It has put droid manufacturing companies out of business via hostile takeovers and economic warfare. Despite their brutal tactics with their competition, they are excellent to their customers, produce quality products and their services are second to none.
RATIONALE
Zeralith Defense Technologies (ZDT) was started by a fairly intellectual independent droid on Hypori years ago. However, the galaxy at large was not ready for an artificial intelligence droid running a company. In short order, the innovative company went bankrupt. Zentripoli was doing research on Hypori and loved the company. Determined to not see the company go under, the Columi got a loan and bought the business from the droid, retaining the droid on staff. Within 5 years, Zeralith Defense Technologies began producing quality products and began securing multiple contracts.
