Prologue
Zane Hawke, a young mechanic who was dealt with an unfortunate hand at the beginning of his career, participated in droid fights where gladiatorial types of class four would duke it out until the last one stands. Aspiring to make a great droid, Zane built himself a prototype which he took great pride upon its completion that it’ll triumph in a small game tournament. It was smooth at first, however at the semi-final match Zane’s droid was practically destroyed by B2-SBD that was heavily modified. Little did Zane pick up in the humiliating defeat was that the B2-SBD actually had some technology that ionizes droids upon contact of the hands, hence was the reason it actually won in the first place.
In order to join these tournaments, there was an entry fee which Zane had paid. However in the heat of winning the fights Zane recklessly gambled five grand of credits. The unfortunate bit was that Zane only had twenty-five hundred credits on him, which the gamblers didn’t take too kindly. In the end, Zane was overwhelmed by a group of ruffians where he was shackled and collared to their ship. Where he was enslaved for months, until he was sold off to a mad scientist played by
Subject 73 Red

.Much of Zane’s story is unwritten, including his backstory which I’ve decided to leave it open to link it to other characters if they’re willing to accept it. He hasn’t joined a faction, so that leaves a lot of potential encounters, but I like to refrain from PvP with this character in his backstory as I’m writing it where Zane was pretty much an aspiring mechanic who got into the droid fighting sports. Otherwise he could be found messing around in the junkyard, repairing ships, refueling vehicles, or even selling a droid.
Also this helps me keep Zane’s backstory and future plots together and organized.

Known Family Relatives

A strong force sensitive, self taught mechanic who made a living repairing, building, and selling droid parts, starship parts, and the typical software for droids. One day his pride led him to pay a price through slavery for months.

Zane’s father, a deadbeat drunk as Zane referred to him, but really Aidric was an excellent mechanic back in his day. Aidric’s pride and joy was a BX-commando droid that Aidric nicknamed it as Nexu for it’s agile maneuverability and the ability to adapt during the heat of fights made Nexu a two-time reigning champion. However, Nexu suffered a humiliating defeat in the third inter-galactic tournament, and Aidric hasn’t been the same ever since.

Little is known about Lanica to Zane as she had left from his life at a very early age. She was Aidric’s biggest supporter during Aidric’s prime with Nexu. However, once Nexu had lost and Aidric’s spirit was broken. Truthfully Lanica stayed a while, but as Aidric turned to alcohol to drown his pessimistic mindset. Arguments heated up and eventually Lanica left Aidric and focused all of her attention to her acting career. When Zane was born, Lanica felt obligated to give him a home who would actually be around for him, and Aidric in one of his drunk episodes agreed to take Zane.
Plotline

The prologue thread which introduces Zane into Chaos under a critical moment of being sold to a mad scientist. The plot is still being unfolded, but more will be revealed in due time.
