[member="Zambrano the Hutt"] has been by far one of the most active participants in our faction. He's been in dominions, faction threads, dev threads, and an invasion. OOCly he's been hands down the first one to lend a helping hand and even volunteered to take on work for our faction that warranted his promotion to FA.

Does he have character development? Yes. But more importantly is he someone who's valuable not only to our faction but also the community? I'd say yes again.

Promoting Z Hutt to Knight is without a doubt a benefit to Chaos and thus I'm stepping forward as his OOC Master, since he has not one ICly, to promote him.
