Rationale: As a Doctor by Trade and heart Graaf was always interested in helping others. While serving as a Doctor in the Military on Karkaris Graaf learned of the Zaltin Corporation and their Bacta Production by word of mouth many times. Was an old company that needed more experienced workers in the fields. Graaf specialized in Stimulant production while serving and after he got out he took his chances with Zaltin Corp. After learning about the history of the company and all it had been through Graaf worked hard to impress his higher ups and eventually was promoted to a higher position, a position that would work good enough for him to meet new and powerful friends including the CEO who happened to take a liking to Graaf Zalecs cooking. Cooking that led to his death via lethal food allergies. The Karkarodon knew his Boss all too well. With the CEO's death their was little that could stop Graaf. Quickly the good doctor rose to power and now manages Zaltin Corporation as CEO.
