Description: Zacess' lightsaber was forged after she found her lightsaber crystal on Ilum. The blade colour is blue and to change that would require forging a new lightsaber. Her lightsaber is rather light which allow's her to flow quick movements for forms III and V. A down side to this is people using a heavy weapon or a weapon using strength could easily overpower this blade.

Are you intending to create a standard length lightsaber? If so the average length of a standard saber's blade is 140 cm. A standard lightsaber with a 30 cm hilt also usually weighs about 1 kg, 1.5 kg is a bit much.
