- Synergy in Leadership: There is a very different methodology in the way that Vo conducts her operations during naval engagements to the galactic norm, and she opts for the unorthodox over the tried and true more often than not. Born and bred on a planet rife with conflict and petty crime, living a day to day well into her early adulthood having to fight in street brawls just to secure a meal for the day, Vo has never been one afraid to get her hands dirty to make sure what needs to be done happens. Unlike the more caustic military men and women that number the stars today with a similar background to speak of, however, she prefers not to be cooped up in the bridge of her command vessel - instead choosing to put herself at risk with the, usually faceless, men and women serving under her both when defending from boarding parties and taking part in them by leading from the front. This reckless behavior isn't unfounded, nor nearly as difficult for those in the command structure that stay behind, as through the steady climb up the ranks in the Final Dawn she has cultivated a growing number of men and women who have learned how best to communicate information to her, and she to them, in order to maintain an effective capital ship presence while she might be on the opposing Star Destroyer at the same time. This style of leadership has earned her respect from the people who work under her, despite the hostile environment of operating in the Brotherhood of the Maw, as it offers others the chance to further their own careers while also improving themselves at the same time because of their unusual experience.
