Galactic Year Double-O Eight Six Four, After the Battle of Yavin: the Atrisian Commonwealth draws a sigh of relief after decades of turmoil under the occupation of tyrannic forces like the One Sith, First Order, and CIS. Under the auspices of democratic diplomacy, the Commonwealth is drawn into the protective embrace of the renewed Galactic Alliance. But, there are those who oppose this "subjugation by duplicitous diplomacy" and cry for the return of the glorious past. The past of Emperor Akio Kahoshi and the centuries more ancient Atrisian Empire of the grand Uueg Tching. These lost and crestfallen soldiers of old grudges and memories have formed into the rogue imperial battlegroup called The Kiliea Command. Led by their charismatic and dogmatic commander-in-chief, the self-proclaimed Generalissimi, Xiro Mohc, the Kiliea Command used the splintered and disjointed state of the Commonwealth to take over the Kiliea System and secretively amass an armada. Emerging from the shadows, Xiro Mohc and her rogue army prepare an all-or-nothing assault on the Commonwealth, to end it, and give rebirth to the Atrisian Empire - in blood and durasteel.
CAMPAIGN PREMISE
Xiro's Counterattack is a self-contained military/political thriller side-story that is planned to be told over several threads in CHAPTER installments for each phase of the story. As a side-story, the goal is not to affect the grand meta-narrative of the Galactic Alliance or the Atrisian Commonwealth but to provide an exciting drama-packed story for the Atrisian/Galactic Alliance RP community to enjoy. The side-story will cover the entirety of the Kiliea Command's War to take over the Atrisian Commonwealth government and the planet of Atrisia itself. While this story has its main threads folks are more than welcome to use the setting to go off and do their own side-stories within a side-story. The story is designed to explore Atrisian Lore and its own internal struggles as well as generate a diplomatic crisis that draws in politicians, NJO Jedi, and military personnel for the Galactic Alliance. Whether Xiro succeeds or not depends on the Atrisian Commonwealth writer community ultimately - I created this character as a vehicle for this plot and should she have more to offer (or even succeeds) I will have more stories with her and the Kiliea Command in the future!

CHAPTER ONE: SOLDIERS OF SORROW
00864 ABY - First Week of the Ninth Standard Month, Latter Galactic Cycle
From her Command Star Destroyer the Choushin Class Generation 3 Kaede Destroyer "Jinchuu", Generalissimi of the Kiliea Command Xiro Mohc announces her vendetta against the current Imperial Court's rule over the Atrisian Commonwealth in a broadcasted speech delivered in Atrisian directly aimed at the Imperial Court to the Holo-Net Space of the Atrisian Commonwealth's three systems of Atrisi, Frisal, and Kiliea. This speech is in actuality a declaration of war, and is remembered by Atrisian Historians as the "Iron Warning", as just after the speech is over - Xiro Mohc unleashes the full armada of her Kiliea Command to enact targeted and surgical military strikes on the disjointed forces that oversee Kiliea and Frisal. The strike was designed to isolate the Atrisi System and the Imperial Capital World - Atrisia. This insurgency and opening of hostilities is known as "The One Week Battle".
