Description: Xeonian Crystals have always been a great power source, but their potential was never harnessed till human’s came to the planet Selvetarm. At first the Xela’Dorn used them for simple lighting or power sources for their homes. Then after reverse Engineering the technology the humans had the Xela’Dorn used their crystals as a power source for just about everything on the planet including, weapons, vehicles, and starships.
The smaller powercells are nothing but Xeonian shards being housed in a container created to draw the energy from the shards. Of course the upside to these cells is the outstanding output they have, but they are still inferior to phobium power cells. The powercells can be used in anything from the weapons and gear that the Xela’Dorn used to everyday necessities, even smaller speeders can use them as a powersource. The cells recharge from native solar energy, and photonic beams around the user meaning it is constantly charging.
The next step up from the powercells which are the reactors that are made using full Xeonian Crystals. The medium sized power reactors are most commonly used in military installments, or starships and give out a vast output of energy. The reactors draw energy directly from the Xeonian Crystals while the photonic panels built into the installment, or starship are used to absorb latent solar energy or any photonic beams to charge the crystal creating a near limitless supply of energy as long as theirs photonic energy to be harvested. The final type of reactors are similar in these regards but instead they use anywhere from one to three Xeonian Crystals. If three crystals are used two of them will be used to shoot photonic beams at the main crystal to keep it constantly at max power while the other two are charged by photonic panels.
There is no other benefits from these reactors besides their constant ability to recharge on the go, but the costs of using them are heavy. A well placed turbolaser shot or missile can destroy these reactors causing them to explode with enough force to rip the ship they power asunder depending on how many are being used.
