---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

STRENGTHS :
  • [+] Bloodline: Being a Gen'Dai, Xalus is practically undying. The species boasts astounding regenerative properties, lack of internal organs such as: heart, lungs, etc. They can even regrow limbs and recover from complete dismemberment.
  • [+] Experience: Xalus has been in existence for centuries. Not doing anything or learning is horrible, which is why he took up bounty hunting and gained a wealth of experience in his profession.
  • [+] Tinkerer: Since this particular mercenary and bounty hunter has a thing for droids and automatons, he has more than just a working knowledge of the programming and internal processing equipment within droids. He sees them as equals in their regards to having eternal life and typically only memory wipes them if they become a problem. Otherwise, he values droids over organic life and knows them in and out.
WEAKNESSES:
  • [-] High and Mighty: Being a nearly immortal race, Xalus is very, very arrogant. He sees everyone as inferior and will not hesitate to show off his skills.
  • [-] I'm a Bear: If too many injuries are bestowed upon him, he will enter a hibernation stage which is necessary in order for the body to regenerate lost body mass. However, this does not extend to his brain, any damage done to his brain will be permanent.
  • [-] Fondness: He's developed an over-exaggerated fondness for his comrades and companions within the Red Ravens. While he's a being willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, he does that and then some for the Ravens. They've provided ample company for his long existence and even established a few close comradeships. For them, Xalus would do anything.

BIOGRAPHY:
Not much is known about Xalus' early life. Most reports indicate he made his humble beginnings on Balmorra, scrounging for supplies and attempting to get off world to discover what he was meant to do. Because the planet was an industrial world, he grew up with a fondness for droids, still referring to them as inferior, but valuing them for their skills and work motives they possessed. Xalus had no friends, save for the group of protocol and medical droids he'd taken for personal uses.

With no instructions from older Gen'Dai, who were completely peaceful, he was raised in a harsh environment breeding him into a survivalist and a killer. On many an occasion, he fought to survive from various bandits and thugs, all of them killed in his wake as he grew older and older, gaining more killing experience with each passing day. Finally, he tracked down the source of these attacks and eliminated their leader, destroyed their base, and snatched a freighter off world.

As the nearly thousand year old Gen'Dai roamed the galaxy, he often sought out work as a private operator. From literally the first days of his existence up until his planned end, he would stand in that kind of service and forever be a soldier of fortune. Xalus held no real ambitions, had no earthly desires, and merely continued his journey across time and space in mild pursuit of survival. Although he attached himself to planetary governments, syndicates, and other factions, he never sought out permanent company. Only the droids that staffed his starship, Cerberus, were enough company for him.

Droids/NPCs:

  • 3D-4X Admin Droid (1): Trying to keep track of all of your financial records and whatnot is quite the task. Xalus is backed by a highly efficient administrative droid nicknamed "Zoltan" to handle his financial and corporate matters.
  • Z2 Servant Droids (160): Often serviced to tend to his guests' needs, these droids are typically for Xalus himself and keep the Cerberus clean and tidy when not tasked to other things.
  • Z3 Labor Droids (280): These bad boys are usually deactivated. One can never know when buildings need to be built or a ship needs extensive repairs, but these droids are perfectly suited to whatever job Xalus gives them.
  • Z4 Cargo Loading Droids (120): Well, the Cerberus isn't a freighter. It's not like they won't ever ship or smuggle anything so this handful of droids are excellent cargo loaders and help keep the cargo bay and its contents nice and tidy.
  • Z5 Maintenance Droids (550): Simple maintenance droids. Maintain the Cerberus and Xalus's personal equipment, vehicles, and other droids. High performance droid.
  • Z6 Naval Droids (6,100): Crewmen and gunners for the Cerberus. Three hundred equipped with officer modules, the rest armed with BlasTech brand sidearms. High performance droid.
  • S1 Medical Droids (3): Extremely high performance medical droids. Capable of surgery, recovery of serious injuries, and general medical services.
  • S3 Search and Rescue Droids (2): If Xalus ever gets downed in battle, these pair of droids are the ones that are gonna get him out. They're equipped with links to Xalus' armor and come to his aid if he goes unconscious. High performance.
  • TA1 Battle Droids (1,360): Advanced battle droid purposed for security of the Cerberus. Typically tasked with guarding containment area, bridge, and entry points.
  • TA2 Super Battle Droids (470): Highly advanced, heavily armed and armored battle droids. Perfectly suited for heavy defense operations and crowd control.
  • TA3 Tactical Droid (1): Named "Taz", this particular droid is often tasked with captaining the Cerberus when Xalus isn't around. Extremely advanced command and tactical software.
  • TA4 Ultra Battle Droid (85): A small squad of elite, highly advanced droids fulfilling the roles of bodyguards for Xalus. Each is highly skilled in ranged, melee, and hand-to-hand combat.
  • Droideka Mk II (600): Shielded, modern, and incredibly powerful versions of the archaic Droideka series. Essentially a moving turret; typically used for ship security or ground fire support.
  • M1 Light Droid Walkers (70): Anti-personnel and crowd control walkers complements Xalus's little droid army. Not too powerful, but durable and reliable enough to suppress and contain enemy threats.
  • M2 Heavy Droid Walkers (20): Heavier walkers designed to eliminating hostile armored forces and indirect fire support.
  • IT-O Interrogator (1): An old droid picked up by Xalus during his travels across the galaxy. Fearsome in appearance and reputation. Reserved for only the most rebellious of prisoners.
