APPEARANCE:
Wren is a young, pale green twi'lek with intricate black tattoos inscribed across her organic lekku. The tattoos continue partially across her freckled cheeks, accenting the contours of her face. Nearly three-quarters of her left lekku is actually a cybernetic prosthetic; which is constructed with delicate layered metal that resembles scales to allow flexibility in the appendage. She often wears a headband with pieces of cloth or leather adornments that are worn over her lekku. Her eyes are a vivid shade of lavender.
Along her right side, encroaching onto her abdomen just below her breast, there is a scattering of scars and burns -- indicative of a shrapnel wound caused by an explosive.

- Her left lekku is mostly cybernetic: she is often discriminated against by other twi'leks, and if this lekku is subjected to an electrical shock, she's incapacitated.

+/- Wren is something of an Empath through the Force. Through touch she can convey specific emotions to another being. However, she has not learned how to properly control this unique quirk of hers, and as such, she avoids physical contact to the best of her ability.
Born in a small settlement on Ryloth, a good portion of Wrenarias' childhood was spent in relative peace. Unfortunately, that peaceful existence could not last forever. Like many twi'lek villages on Ryloth, her isolated home was targeted by slavers who sought to make an easy profit. Wren was one of the several young women sold by the leaders of her village to the slavers. She spent four years in bondage, often being sold from one owner to the next, or occasionally being the prize for a card game or two.
She was found by an ex-Jedi, Kelina, when she was in her early twenties.
The mirialan freed Wrenarias and took the young woman under her wing. For three years, Wren trained under the unorthodox teacher. The pair were involved in several skirmishes throughout the Outer Rim, whenever rumors of a looming battle reached their ears, Kelina made sure that they were there to pick a side. Those years spent in constant wars and conflicts honed Wrenarias' skills with variety of weapons, including her own lightsaber -- though that particular weapon was reserved for dire situations, since the two force users did not wish to draw attention to themselves.

Eventually, a sith lord discovered Kelina and Wrenarias during one of these battles. An arduous battle ensued, during which the Sith and his own apprentice were able to overwhelm Wrenarias and her teacher. The two were separated in the heat of the battle. Wrenarias managed to kill the apprentice, but nearly died as a result -- losing her left lekku to the apprentice's lightsaber.
She never saw Kelina again.
Two years have passed since that fateful encounter.
Wrenarias has gone to ground, laying low in the Outer Rim, afraid that the Sith Lord may catch up to her at any moment. She spends her days tinkering on droids, speeders, or ships; building and modifying cybernetics; and trying to find any information she can about what happened to her mentor and closest friend, Kelina.
