In the wake of the Jedi Coalition's valiant strike on Had Abaddon, the Empire accelerates its plans, springing the Emperor’s trap.

The Death Star III, codenamed Project: Stardust, is wrenched across the stars by the Emperor's decree, carrying with it the unwanted passengers to deliver above Atrisia, cradle of the Lightsworn Host. There, the Imperial Armada already lies in wait, drawn into position to witness the Dark Lord's proclamation.

The Light will watch their world burn, and the Empire would soon rest on the doorstep of Fondor, the Alliance’s new capital.

The superlaser primes. A full frontal assault erupts. Yet destruction is only the beginning. Deep within the bowels of the battle station, the Church of the Dark Side begins its chants. Sith cultists and dark acolytes of the Emperor toil with a ritual of unthinkable magnitude. Through fire, through war, through slaughter, the servants of the Sith'ari intend to summon storms across time and space itself.

The Force bends. Should the rite succeed, a gateway will be torn, a breach through the Blackwall akin to an open wound linking Sith Space, and the worlds around the rebellious Imperial Confederation, now open to the Empire’s advancement. Worlds will be plundered, dissidents will be killed, and the Blackwall itself will shudder.

Atrisia's annihilation is but a herald. The Empire will suffer no rivals, no heroes, and no source of rebellion. The High Republic springs to action to aid that of their allies, seeing the writing on the wall, no one is safe. And soon, the Imperial flag will come for them as well. It becomes clear to all..

The Dark Times have come again.

Long live the Empire.

As the Death Star charges its main weapon and Solipsis's ritual begins, Imperial troops descend on Atrisia’s capital. Their goal is to root out the Commonwealth, the Lightsworn, and their allies before they can escape the dark fate intended for the planet, but also to spread fear and suffering. These powerful emotions, and the deaths of countless people, will fuel the ritual taking place within the Death Star - and ultimately lend power to the Force Storms that Solipsis plans to unleash against the Sith Order and Imperial Coalition.

As the Death Star III moves into position over Atrisia, preparing to ravage the planet, the Galactic Empire's fleet gathers around it. The Emperor's new weapon has jumped into enemy territory, and fleets from across the galaxy will surely arrive in an attempt to destroy it. The destruction of the Death Star would not only spare Atrisia, but would also halt the dark ritual happening on board, protecting the Empire's Sith and Imperial rivals from the devastating Force Storms that Solipsis is preparing to unleash.

Aboard the Death Star III, the Emperor prepares to coordinate his ritual, feeding on the terror and death from the planet below in order to bolster his invasion and smash aside his foes. Heroes and dark champions from the Empire's rival powers will no doubt board the battle station, seeking to strike down Solipsis and his dark acolytes before they can complete their vile work. The Church of the Dark Side, and Solipsis's Dark Side Elite, will fight back, turning every hall and hangar into a battleground as they protect their wicked cathedral.
