Half Bond, Half Bean.
Today is World Cancer Day.
It marks 10 years since I lost my Dad, John, to secondary liver cancer from an unknown primary. Rubbish, really.
Never be afraid to talk to someone, or get checked over, if you feel uneasy or unwell and can't place a finger on why. There is no shame in it. And far better to waste a little bit of time in being safe than not, and regretting it.
This is just to make you all aware that any of you who have, or are, or know of someone fighting this awful illness is not alone.
Thoughts are with you today and always, and I hope if anyone finds life hard, they know they are not alone and we are here for each other as friends and fellow human beings.
Sending you all love and best wishes if cancer has affected you or anyone you know in anyway.
