Strengths:

• Battlefield Range: The modified Westar-M5 has a considerably large range, as it is intended to perform the function of a sniper rifle, carbine, and rifle all at the same time.
• Lots of Stopping Power: Considering the Westar-M5's recoil, size, wieght, and rate of fire, it maintains a relatively high stopping power.

Weaknesses:

• Large Power Cells: The power cells used by the Westar-M5 are large and circular, making it a considerable challenge to carry a large supply of them around.
• Long-Range Scope: The scope used for the Westar-M5 magnifies to fit the weapon's long range, and makes it highly inefficient during closer combat.

DESCRIPTION
The modified Westar-M5 is [member=Wolve Skirata]'s take on the historic Westar-M5 used by the ARC of the Grand Army of the Republic. It incorporates a large stock to lower the recoil provided by the powerful kick the weapon has, especially in full-auto. It has large power cells to provide the large ammo count for it's long-range and powerful shots, and various other technologies within the barrel to allow the bolt to achieve it's high range. The Westar-M5 is the original rifle that Wolve possessed before he was frozen in time, and has since been retrofitted to keep up with the weaponry of the current times.

Gotta love the Westar classics. You're a little slanted on the ratings, however. Coming in at three above. I recommend perhaps increasing the Weight to Heavy, decreasing the reload speed while increasing recoil to Average. That should allow you to keep what you seem to be going for without unduly sacrificing too much.

Entirely up to you how you want to make it balance, however.
