Winter Wonderland

The harsh winter of the world was minimal she thought, compared to many of the things she had managed to work with as she went over it at least. The jarna stone walls that had been cut and imported by her mother, the crystal weaved into the walls to strengthen it and the connection one could feel to the world. The new styled living quarters designed by Sasori to survive on this world and most importantly there was the hard work of her mother to restore pathways and trial tombs down below. She knew the silver watch had designs to try and rebuild but there was a lot that didn't need to be touched as she walked down the hallways.

"THis place has become so pretty." She was looking at the droid with her, the little boxy Dodoria unit that cleaned up around the black stone citadel. New walls that had been the goal and she was watching most of it to get a stronger idea of what they could do with the golden veins of Solari within them. It made this place feel like a beacon of the lightside which meant getting lost on the world you could always find your way home but it also served in a way they could facilitate the light. It would make those of the darkside recoil or uneasy within its walls feeling the warmth of life around them.

The clicks, beeps and boops from the droid as it was talking with her brought her back to looking at it and taking her eyes off of the walls of the structure. There was a whole lot of other things her mother had worked on here the least of which was well the walls. Imported Hijarna stone that had been cut to the specifications of the ancient stone works. Heavy black and just polished to a finish like marble that stuck with you over some of the other things. It gave her pride being able to see herself a little older but not really that wise or jaded. instead she was just happy to admit that she had found a purpose.

"Yes I agree there is still a lot of work to do and people would undermine it for their own end but there is some wisdom in things that my mother has brought here. Combining the ancient design of the people on Rhen Var with the new materials that have been discovered throughout the galaxy gives the Citadel a stronger place to work and build itself up." The droid confirmed and continued to speak with her before she stopped looking out the doorway. The massive tungstoid doors were another thing added in place of the ancient materials.

She could hear as it was closing the machines moving at a slow pace as the magnetic lift required to move the metal normally deterred people trying to attack or get through. The few reports from some of the jedi had the doorways easier to avoid and find another way in rather then try making a hole in it. She looked out at the snow while they had some of the transports in a motor pool for going down the marked pathways across the planet. To the other locations on the planet they were under reconstruction thanks to Saotome and Sasori. Her mothers interest in renovating ancient places after her time with Corvus was showing.

Another beep when the door was closed with the sound of the magnetic seal to keep it in place as the droid was there with her. "Alright alright." They were still walking and she was letting soe more fo the steam go off while looking at the pathways down to the larger barracks modules. Designed by Sasori and their companies to develop a self sustaining section. She was working on many of the things but seeing what they had constructed in offshoots of the citadel with new parts built into the mountains below it. The crypts and undercroft being rebuilt and cleared out.

"Ah Miushi, how fares the rest of the renovation?" She was looking at him and while her mother worked on many of the things between helping padawans... Her daughter could spend her time seeing what was done with their family as the blonde haired and fair skinned padawan from the explorercorps spoke. "They are going well, your mother getting those cast off and dismissed to the explorercorps well gives us plenty to do here and with those modules we can keep and feed the different padawan clans that come here to train."

There was more, there was always more to it as she looked, between the barracks or family modules but there were also the more single person private modules used for masters and teachers. The mountain leading many down to the frozen landscape left much in the mountains they could reach and explore. She saw the walls that had been constructed in places where there used to be mother but a sheer fall to protect them but also saw zipline styled descension cables leading to another mountain top. "Where do those lead?"

She asked it to him while they were walking with the droid between them. "Those lead off towards the mountain pass that leads to the tomb of Ulic Qel-Droma, we found it thanks to jedi knight Quenladose with some of the others and have been working on a slightly more secured way to reach the pass in case of a blizzard. With the cables and machinery we can make a tram that will go to it for communion or to show signs of respect." She gave a nod of her head to that and was enjoying the idea of some of the things they could do.

"I like that idea, getting to go there or to any of the crypts we have managed to find here and at the harbor a few of the construction crews have been working with." She kept going before stopping to look in on the astrometrics labs with all of the hardlight holograms for training purposes. There were projectors built all around the citadel now as well as the fireless fireglass they could use but it wouldn't risk burning out of control if knocked over and glass didn't really freeze or get wet and stop functioning. The fireglass would just sizzle and steam from water melting with the intense plasma. "We'll work to get some more of the stone for construction as well as bring in more of the equipment."
