White Out

Mission Name: Clean Sweep
Mission Location: Rhen Var

Mission Difficulty: Easy

Mission Objective: Snow from the snowstorm is starting to block the hangar and there's a supply freighter heading in. Clean it up or nobody gets dinner for the week.

Rhen Var was a place of many things as she was sitting there and looking at the hanger. Crates from what they could bring down to the planet for supplies and add to more of the things. She was mostly looking at the snow storm on the map as information around the citadel said it was going to be big so they should stay inside unless using well one of the field braziers as a heater, wearing one of the temperature regulated suits that were in the lockers and alcoves or wearing one of the tapas circlets. Even being out there and getting lost could lose some appeal as the temple housed some solari crystal weaved into the walls allowing even novice padawans a way to find it in the white out.

"So what is the plan?" She asked it looking at the ones there, the padawans and knights who had come to the citadel expecting it to be she guessed like broken down and in need of serious repair had been disappointed a little she guessed. Instead they found her mothers research and development teams fixing the place up with new materials and technology that few could really complain about. Saved them work and with the mountain leadup up to the citadel having been under construction since around the time of the Netherworld incident... Or add in what she learned from her mirror verse self about constructing massive things.

All of it added together to give the padawan a nice well sense of scope compared to some of the things... The main one was that the tunnels and undercroft they had cleaned out, the waterworks where they could go around and travel as well as the exterior shell around the mountain where the barrack modules were located along with the private quarters and bunk rooms..... Well she had learned some people liked to be underdeveloped even with the latest in food production built on the planet. For their ease of use, they still insisted on well importing food down to the planet instead of growing in the temperature controlled modules.

Meh no real skin off her back since she could help them here with clearing the snow from the tungstoid door... well okay the goal was to get the doors opened but trying to break a little of the ice outside on the cliff face using droids and then pry the doors opened was a really tricky things. She was honestly starring at them for a moment and ate a piece of the snack cake taking it from the box before speaking out when she finished. "It is magnetically sealed and tungstoid... even a matukai could have trouble moving it and they practice strength enhancement."

The ones from the silver watch looked at her as they spoke seeming to have a gruff and no nonsense exterior but making it seem like a challenge. "Oh and if we can't move it how do you expect to get food to survive down here?" She took another bite of the snack cake while walking over by him and looking up. "I'd just get some of the food from the storerooms that we have as rations in case the several dozen aeroponic and livestock or the joshu converters all of which make our food for the Citadel." She said it with a smile and moved her hand to her chin wiping off with a finger for some of the whipped cream.

She looked at him for any sign of his reaction before offering a large smile with her eyelashes batting a little. Sweet and innocent before she was moving over with a lot of the attention. He seemed to be trying to stare her down with daggers in his eyes and she could almost feel the heat while moving over to the side of the door and pointing with a finger. "Magseals will keep this in place forever and this is not a metal jedi just try to cut through. it will take a long time and your saber will more then likely have an empty powercell which while a feat compared to some things would not help you."

He seemed to be looking at her as she pressed the manual magnetic release while the mechanical parts shifted cracking some of the ice and letting through the gaps of the frame where the tungstoid door was suspended in the magnetic field with some snow coming in. Heat in the hanger making short work of it but it was still interesting as she looked over most of everything there. "It moves along the mag-track easier and well now you can clear and get the shipment of food for whatever you need. We have a number of ration packs still and the droids cleaning schedule can be tweaked if it makes you feel better."

He continued to look at her while rubbing her hands together and working with the others while they were waiting for the ship to arrive. She had one of the crates open showing the saori MRE's that they could be eating but sure why not wait for food to arrive. The hours passed and finally it was showing up as the droids finished coming back in and cleaning up some of the snow that had managed to get in. She couldn't see through the thickness of the blizzard but she could see the lights of the ship arriving. Guide beacons leading them into the hanger while they all arrived.

She was looking at the watchers standing there as the Citadel hanger filled with the sounds of the ship. The large door closing and sealing to lock out the snow as she kicked her feet a little not giving it a whole lot of thought before the crates were being unloaded. The larger sections of all the work they were doing showing with the black stone and metal all around to give the jedi padawan's who brought he food with them in these crates interest. "Welcome to the citadel." She got a bow and a smile whille the others were unloading the crates filled with some food that didn't look nearly as beneficial as the food they could and were growing. "So everything there that you wanted?"

She got a snort from him and the cold shoulder but as the padawans noticed she had food in crates they seemed confused as to the urgancy of food missions. "Oh all the flavors of thanks for not making things complicated and you had to go and choose salty." She chuckled a little but well didn't really try and question it or feel insulted. She was used to the attitude of someone disliking things unless they came up wiht it themselves. She doubted there was even really a scale to copared what they were going to try and make the citadel compared to the work that had gone into the reality of it. She much preferred the whole self sustaining, heavily protected and skillful handled citadel to just trying to make it from day to day wondering if there was going to be food. "Ah no matter thank you for the food and we'll see it gets added to the store rooms with the other rations."
