Character
The small freighter drifted through space at a snails pace, its occupants resting in the midst of their long journey across the galaxy. Not many batted an eye so long as they remained out of restricted space, after all, the main occupant never really officially alligned herself, she didn't have the time to.
The so called 'captain' of the ship sat quietly on the floor of her quarters, paging through a few books as she practiced her writing, penmanship a bit rough compared to most but in all due fairness she was learning to read too. It was all new to the woman. The skills most children learned in basic academies were not in her repertoire, the most important being literacy.
Green eyes scanned over the shakey lettering, the words confusing at best. In the background the sound of small feet hitting the deck on the ship could be heard and childrens laugher. This was the last trip.
Rhynne made her credits as of late as a transport barge, not a large one but one small enough to fly under the radar. She had no alliance, as far as the empire knew she was hauling weaponry and the others were her crew. This last trip however had an alterior motive for the captain, she heard mutterings of a Sangnir on Kaas.
She knew it would be a long shot but what did she have to lose, she needed an explanation as to why. Standing she made her way to the cockpit of the ship only to see RX-92, who she called Rex, piloting the ship towards the surface of Dromund Kaas.
"Madam, we are nearly at the designated location. I do advise it seems there are no lifeforms in the immediate area surrounding our establisted landing zone. Would you like additional scans performed?" The hybrid simply shook her head, it was the perfect spot to offload her 'crew'. It was a remote enough area.
The boarding ramp extended and the few families went on their way, Rhynne sadly looking over the empty expanse before her. There was a power here, but she wasn't sure where to begin. She just wanted to see herMother, Master again.
