I'm guessing she's a lonely, somewhat moody drunk. Raz has no inhibitions in the first place, so she hardly becomes more suggestible. On the other hand, her emotional control would take a swandive, and she hardly does anything socially, let alone drinking.

When drunk, she tends to immediately assume that any and all lifeforms/objects near her are her best friends, and blabber on and on about her feelings and insecurities.
