One of the fundamental traditions of Chaos it that there is NO character approval process. You literally make a character and you can roleplay. That's it.

Are you serious. Then 100%!!!!!!! I am sooooo used to admins having to approve characters it became a norm.

This is at the top of the Character creation forum

Create your character or transfer an existing character from another board here. Once you have finished, you may begin role-playing! There is no approval system.

Also, should you want to let anyone know that you have replied to them, the mention feature under the avatar is just a click away.
