Klesta
The King of Ergonomic Assessments
For two years now, she has grown the Sith Inquisitor to include several locations, both in Commonwealth space and in the galactic southwest. But the Sith Inquisitor has comparatively little presence outside the Core or the Stygian Caldera, and one of the rivals appear to be in a peculiar situation where, from the Sith Inquisitor's viewpoint, it would make sense to purchase it. Installing a new office for greater presence in the Core, where only experts on the topic of security or theology would even purchase subscriptions, would be a beneficial move, even if it means that each office runs a more regional flavor to its journalistic content. Even so, Yula has no experience in the merger part of the mergers and acquisitions business. Anyone in the M&A business will tell you that many of the complications come when the company merges, and it gets even more complicated when companies are based on different planets, not to mention factions, as opposed to being kept as a subsidiary of the new owner, so she has the newspaper's general counsel hire an interplanetary M&A law firm based on Ziost.
