Alex Starcrest was doing business forms on his desk, his recent journey on Chandrilia had allowed him to focus on other matters. Like planning a new factory out there and he would finally be able to expand his business, but he still had issues with supplying other groups. Despite his business doing so well, his other board members were saying that they needed to get there name out there more.

He was currently thinking of what to do, maybe something would come to him. Yet, that was only wishful thinking and he knew that he would need to achieve his goal. Maybe putting out posters and holonet information on his products would spark someone's interest.

"Today was going to be a rough day" He said as he pinched the bridge of his nose, signing more documents that needed to be taken care of.

@Geneviève Lasedri

Having been so diligent with maintaining anonymity throughout her adult life, Geneviève was easily able to wander through Coruscant uninterrupted, even as her militant masses assembled in the dark corners and alleys of the city world to await their day. Her solo brown eye surveyed the streets and people of CoCo Town, one of the least affected areas of the planet following the Sith invasion. These people would likely be either some of the most vocally opposed or ecstatic about the new government, depending on how company profits were turning. Business could be a little heartless, and it was typical for companies to express their thanks or disgust to governments, as it was all about the money and not about the ideals.

The true dissidents, however, would be much quieter. It was difficult for Gen to find these because of their understandably cautious behavior. The Sith could be ruthless, and she was not a fan. Which made it rather amusing that the Benefactor to the Rebel Alliance was about to seek a little material help from a Sith.

Starcrest seemed to be a more passive company. It was not exactly renown, but they seemed to produce acceptable vehicles and from what intel she had received, Geneviève understood them to have a neutral stance politically. This would be ideal. Skulking into the entrance of the administrative offices, clad in her usual black trenchcoat, the Benefactor approached the secretary's desk. "Starcrest around?" she asked carelessly.

The day was going by pretty well, until a buzz came from his secretary. Turning on his data-pad, he accessed the camera in that section of the room. The figure was a women in a black trench-coat, usually this meant a stripper or an assassin. Maybe both in one, but he didn't know her. So he would only allow his secretary to deal with this problem, until she gave her reason for coming here.

The guards on stand by wearing odd looking armor that was meant to hide there true appearance, one watching over from the corner of the room, another two around the main doors leading to the CEO's office. They weren't your average mercenaries, but she would find out if she was indeed trying to kill him.

"Hello Miss, do you have an appointment with Mr. Starcrest. If so, is it personal or Business?" She asked with a bright smile on her face.

"Business, though none of yours," Lasedri cut at the secretary, not amused by formalities. The secretary probably had orders to keep out the riffraff, or any particularly suspicious personalities. Sighing and shaking her head in annoyance, Geneviève decided to make it obvious that she was not trying to trick anyone. Would it have been easier to just state her reason for coming here? Probably. But then, Gen never was one to take the easy way. She could be a pain without even having to put her mind to it.

She looked at the other woman directly in the eyes, allowing her to take in their asymmetrical coloration--left eye brown, right eye glassed white. Sometimes she liked appearing intimidating. "Do I look like his sister?" she asked snidely. "I'm here to see if there's anything worth buying."

The secretary looked at her make the comments, its nothing she hasn't seen before. Angry businessman swearing that they would take over the company or burn it to the ground.

"If you keep speaking in that tone, I will have escort you out. Now that you have your point across, I will need you to sign on this data pad to meet with your CEO."

That was all she said before a data pad was shoved in her face, it was touch screen so that she didn't need to use something to write. Than after she would sign, the door to the office would be let open by the guards.

Geneviève sniffed in annoyance, but resigned her aggressive demeanor and scrawled this year's signature on the touchscreen with her finger. She always altered her autograph each standard year. She preferred to be elusive like that.

Having provided her digital signature, the Alliance Benefactor proceeded towards the door that was just being opened. Of course, they would want to see what was inside her ankle-length trenchcoat, so she opened up the flaps to it, revealing its empty interior. Then she reached her hand into her pocket and slowly removed the heavy blaster pistol, carefully handing it over to one of the guards. "Should I expect to be hand-probed, as well?" Gen asked, still as snarky as ever.

The guards would only grab the gun, when she made her comment. They only looked forward, not even caring about her attitude. Pushing her into the dark room, it was a large room with a chair in front of the desk.

"Take a sit." One of the guards said, before he was silent once more.

Behind the desk was one of those modern spinning chairs that block the view of who was sitting there. Once she would move into the room, the door behind her locked shut. Leaving the only light source to be over the empty chair in front of the desk.

What would she do, that was important in this exchange. This creepy room with no way out it seems, or maybe it was a trap just for her.

Geneviève narrowed her eyes at the guard when he commanded her to sit, but she presently submitted.

If the intent was to be ominous and threatening, Lasedri was hardly fazed. She had been in her share of vile situations, toying with death as a mercenary soldier for a few years. Her scarred eye was testament to that. Indeed, her current enterprise in the foundation of the Rebel Alliance not something that would likely be accepted by the majority of the galaxy's factions--especially not that of the One Sith.

Brash and bold, the Benefactor spoke up in her demanding fashion to whomever might be sitting in the chair. "Starcrest, that you?"

Alex would listen to her, still being herself it seems and not giving a damn about her situation. It was rather entertaining to see someone that held no fear, but he knew how to deal with them. Of course that was only for people that caused problems for him, which this shouldn't be one of them? Maybe, owe well it was time to meet the lady in black.

He turned his chair around to face the women, she would notice him to being a young fellow that was barely past his teens. His silver hair was neatly styled, he had fancy clothing and had pink eyes. He looked towards the women with a smile on his face, wondering what she would do next. Maybe riot that the owner of a well off company was some spoiled kid that wanted to have some fun, well he was far from his old days of a smuggler.

"Yeah, you got the right fellow. Now tell me, what is a stripper doing down in my office. I sure didn't call for a pep show?" He said in response to her attitude with his own snarky tone, trying to throw her off as he kept a bright smile on his face.

Yet, he would assume that she might not be affected by his words at all. Looking straight into her eyes from where he was, his were cold as Iron and he was not one to tread lightly on.

Geneviève failed to bat an eye at his stripper comment, knowing quite assuredly that his intention was to throw her off-course. What was more distracting was how indecently young Starcrest appeared to be. "I'm sure you'd like that, kid." Of course, that was a ridiculous notion, unless he was into rather odd things. Typically, her scarred eye deterred any interest that others might have in her appearance, and she liked it that way.

Starcrest appeared to be just as intimidated as Lasedri--meaning, not at all. Perhaps, if anything were to progress onto actual business, someone's approach would have to change. The Benefactor decided it was her move, and she would take a more passive aggressive countenance. She needed to be less obviously sharp but keep the other thinking that he needed her more than she needed him. Naturally, he would like to project the opposite situation.

"Nice office," she offered, turning to glance carelessly around the room. She decided to throw in a red herring, though it was not entirely a useless question. She had come armed with knowledge of his catalog. "How many units of these Flyswatters does it take to fund it?"

He would only stare at her, taken back by her comment about being a kid. Yet, it was all an act to ensure that he looked dumb, which had experience in because of all the issues he had with his past. A wannabe smuggler that had to make his money on spice deals on the side, usually double crossed but it was a living till he inherited this company. He gave her a puppy pout and looked around the room trying to think of some snappy comeback.

"Well, since you put it it that way. I would like it, girl " He said in a rather engrossing tone, his pink eyes on her.

Yet, he was interested in why such a women would come to his office. Maybe another business dealer or someone that wanted to join the company, she really didn't look like much to him. She was one of those come in, and assume that she was at the top of her game. So was he at times, but to have such a mentally would ensure that they will see if things will go there way. When she mentioned the business, he would only place his palm under his chin and smiled darkly for a moment.

"Well with my aspiring products, the ever growing economy in the universe and my natural talent for acquiring business partners. It doesn't take much, say about twenty units. It's a decent trade off, of course with my new suppliers it will only take ten soon enough. Than there is my other products, rather interesting in design and affordable with enough fire power to wage skirmishes across many fronts." Changing his tone from being a fool, to a more knowledgeable front that he had honed for many years.

What a narcissist. Though that is nothing foreign to businessmen. Gen nodded with a curled lip as he listed his many talents and massive fortune, sniffing at the end of his dissertation. Of course, he knew she was here for a reason, and he probably had figured out by now that she wanted nothing with him, personally.

"Guess you don't have too many clients," Lasedri commented, hoping to make him feel a little smaller. "Otherwise, you'd be penthouse, wouldn't you?" She shifted in her seat and placed her boots on Starcrest's desk. She was going to be in charge.

"Are your production rates even capable of supplying my organization? I seriously hope I'm not wasting time here."
