Rationale: Gray had started up his company RID to fill in the niche of none combat equipment for the citizens of the galaxy. He was working on getting the company up and running when he noticed an auction was up for WESTAR by the previous owner [member="Gael bar Ammon"] . Gray struggled with the decision for a bit then went full on trying to win the auction to own the well known Mandalorian weapons company. Despite a short bidding war, Gray was able to meet his goal of winning and came into possession of the company. He then made sure to move the company from the territory of the United Clans to that of the Mandalorian Empire due to political tension.

The company is focused on providing quality products by devoting the appropriate amount of resources and time required to see this goal is met. The company believes the customer deserves to be treated with the respect they deserve being the lifeblood of the company, and will gladly allow customers to try out its products in a testing ground before they purchase it. Despite this though, Gray still believes in the companies right to refuse, delay, or even increase the price of a sale for any and all reasons. These actions are likely to be rare, but still possible. The company maintains an independent stance despite its historical ties to the Mandalorian people now under the ownership of Gray. He feels the company will benefit more from this than it would before as well as the introduction of armor to its product list.
