Well Met Docter

The Reaper of Won Shasot

Location: Nar Shadaa

The city around the Master bustled with a fervent need. The kind that screamed at oneself until they could bear it no longer. Dax couldn't say he was in any kind of particular love with the city. Last time he was here, he'd been shot at...a lot...so it was safe to say Dax's living preferences were anywhere but here. And yet there he was, shuffling through the crowd, searching for a single man...

News of some sort of WMD had reached Dax's ears through his many contacts. No one wanted to hear about their potential customers getting blown to bits or something. The Rogue had promptly made his way to the seedy planet and began to search out whatever information he could. Turned out that the WMD was in fact a bio weapon. It also turned out that some ex-Jedi slash doctor lived on the planet. So that was the man Dax was searching for...and so far he hated the man for not having found him yet...

Swing. Twirl. Leap.

Crix Halcorr thought it funny that his lightsaber-less self defense was so similar to a dance. Elbowing one thug in his already crooked teeth, he slammed the man's face into the grimy wall and winced. Heart pounding, blood rushing, alarms blared in his head and he ducked from the fist, letting the shorter and more chubby looking thug's fist meet the wall. He kicked his leg out and the man wobbled, falling to his knees. The third one roared in anger and ran towards the rogue Jedi padawan but the young adult made an unnatural leap upwards to the canopy. Curses, expletives and shouts of 'get back here' were screamed at him by all three, but Crix had already vanished from sight.

This was the dangers of treating dubious men and woman at the shabby building that was supposedly a medical clinic. If his patients weren't satisfied, if often broke out in a fist fight. Luckily, he knew several ways of defending himself, some with and without his lightsaber. He stepped into the crowd too full of voices and people. Right away, he senses a strong ripple in the Force and promptly steered away from the source of it.

He was not going to be found out after going rogue for this many years.

Above the din voices and the bodies bumping into him, Dax could feel something much more powerful than just the physicality that surrounded him. A Force presence. Not unlike his own. Not as strong. But it was most certainly there. That was either the ex-Jedi he was looking for or more trouble...well there was only one way to find out! Dax turned and walked in the direction of the presence, chasing it down.

The Master pushed his way through the sea of bodies between himself and the presence, attempting to reach it. Several of those he elbowed by had begun to yell expletives, some which he understood and others he didn't. But Dax didn't feel like starting some altercation. He forded onwards.

Hamar Reflux huddled in a dark, shadow engulfed alley corner of Nar Shadda's durasteel mazed city. Covered in a dark brown and purple styled robe, the Twi'lek's indigo contrasted skin was barrly visible in the chaotic city's colorful, and flashing, neon lights. A holo-vid portruded from Hamar's wrist gauntlet as his circular, red tinted goggles directed themselves downward. It's video contents show perspectives of particular cameras high above Nar Shadda's various alleyways, following a figure that seemed to be at the height of Hamar's interest.
The cloaked figure being watched, scuttled swiftly amongst the dim alleyways seeming to follow something unseen.
Hamar could already suspect his intentions.
As the head of Dr. Crix's criminal networking communications and security overlook, Hamar can only deduct the possibilities as to why this obvious jedi was snooping around Dr. Crix's region of underground operations.
It was no coincedence.
'There are never such things....as mere coincedences.' Hamar thought to himself studying the ever moving jedi on his wrist projected holo-vid. Hamar waited for the perfect moment before making a move.
'.....Now.....' he said to himself as the jedi was about to round another corner.

"In a hurry, are we?" Hamar spoke with an elegant, yet disgusting accent.
"We aren't usually 'blessed' with the presence of jedi here in this humble area of Nar Shadda. Aren't you a long way from home?..." Hamar teased with a nasty grin.
Just as the hooded jedi stopped in his tracks, alerted, Hamar discretely triggered a button on his equipment concealed under his cloke.
Soon, the signal would alert members of Dr. Crix's underground security force to close in on their position...

It was too late when the doctor's eyes fell on the robed figure. Right away, he could tell the man meant no good even without the aid of the Force. Hooded brown eyes narrowed, subtly dropping into a defensive stance if anything would happened.

"Do I know you?" Crix asked, genuinely confused by [member="Antano Bonazzo"] 's sudden presence here. How did he even know he was a Jedi? His lightsaber was carefully hidden, practically unseen to the naked eye unless the man had special technology. Either Antano somehow knew him through the doctor's connections with the improper medical clinic or he was one of those sent to hunt down the Jedi. The man's intentions with him were unclear and fogged.

The way the man said 'blessed' made him shiver. His eyes wandered the area, feeling the Force presence he felt before was following him. But it wasn't Sith, it didn't feel as dark. Crix flipped back his hood with slow hand movements, revealing snow white hair. Only the roots showed. "I don't want any trouble," he told him quietly, so quiet as if he were afraid someone would hear. His mind brushing against mind to hopefully influence Antano's next decision, squashing the nagging thought that it wouldn't work, "And maybe you've got the wrong person. I'm only trying to keep to myself here."

Dax was surprised when he finally broke through the crowd and found that the ex-Jedi was already being confronted by someone. "Sorry, am I interrupting something here?" he said sarcastically. Dax began to look the man who was clearly not a Jedi up and down. Probably armed..."I'm looking for a Doctor Crix Halcorr." he said as his eyes fell upon the snow haired man, "Which I'd bet is you."
