Weekend Treasure Hunt 29: Choose Your Own Indenture (open)

Though Nicair was a decent enough shot, he was far more comfortable in close. He felt confident enough in his legs to be able to stay a step or two ahead of the group and dispatch the possible threats in his preferred method. It was a welcome challenge. The only question was which ship to take, why sit on a question when it's so much easier to ask?

"Point the way." His words went to a regal looking woman in a dress that had seen better days. She was formal in an informal situation. Something was being hidden, he didn't much mind, however. Maybe it would be a useful secret. One could hope. His eyes momentarily rested on the figure that had spoken a language Nicair didn't know, the man was sitting cross legged. Nicair had seen meditation styles performed by force users of every stripe before. Though why here and now he couldn't answer. When faced with a question he didn't know he had learned that the key to figuring it out can often be found where a key is needed. That's right, handcuffs. This person's cuffs had vials attached to them with needles on the inside, drug injectors. Nicair had faced these before and had found them when he really didn't want to in residence areas. The woman's had had a similar set up though noticeable differences were apparent.

He would take this into consideration as he readied his gifted blaster.

Losing is tempoary, giving up is permanent.
Looking at the others and how exhausted they where as well as unfit for possible combat, she could guess that [member="Zai Avery"] used to be a slave, knowing show scars worked and how wounds heal she could guess those on his face where from when he was punished, nasty. After a few seconds she decided to speak up, "Ill take point while [member="Nicair Claden"] scouts ahead if we want to make it to the ship without being spotted" She looked at @Darth Eredos as he meditated no doubt trying to regain his strength for he following escape attempt, he would need it if the slavers where actually starting to get their act together, "once we get their we can gather our equipment and try to recuse the other prisoners, I don't think they will be prepared for an attack of properly equipped people. She waited for [member="Lady Kay"] to get her cuff removed before heading out, one thing that stuck in her mind was what she noticed the last time she met, though it was just a wandering though, she could have sworn that Kay was force sensitive, though that just might have been something else. She shook her head now was not the time for that, if she was hiding something she probably had good reasons for doing so, slowly she made her way towards the entrance of the tent making sure the way was clear of any patrols before signalling to the others.
