To boldly alchemize what no one alchemized before
After experimenting with crystallography for the first time while building the prototype of the Utai Force Detector, in which alchemized crystals were used for the purposes of trilateration, she feels more confident that she can actually use alchemical crystallography for more than just Force-antennae. Like... lightsaber crystals! But she feels compelled to learn what she could about crystallography, such as Bravais networks, Bragg diffraction, and all the other goodness of condensed matter from Alyssa, whom she knew was an open book when it came to chemistry, and repeatedly picked her brain for that purpose whenever she wasn't busy alchemizing other stuff, such as pilot seats or avionics (whose embargo was lifted after the prototype was completed), or Alyssa wasn't busy brewing alchemized alcohol. Or sleeping. With that said, she continued cold-calling whatever clients she could, in hopes that one would take the bait, using the datapad, so that she could type the message prior to it arriving under the hands of the lucky recipient.

Your equipment is an investment that may prove to be life-saving; you want what's the very best in the customized alchemical equipment market. If you're ready to place an order for alchemical equipment, please send in the specifications of what you're requesting, and I'll return you a quote, and possibly finalize the details if you accept the quote. Please let me know what works for you.

To boldly alchemize what no one alchemized before
Chaining Force-lightning onto the blade would likely involve a specific crystal property, so that's two red crystals. Last I did crystallography, it was to use a crystal as a Force-antenna, and I needed four of them for trilateration. Here I would only need two, she thought, while thinking hard about exactly what, in a crystalline structure, would cause electric conductivity to increase. Beyond what's necessary to channel a laser so that it can create plasma. On the one hand, I would need to maintain a very similar Bravais structure, but on the other hand, I would need to make sure that the valence electrons can actually flow with limited interference; usually good electric conductors are also good thermal conductors as well, she thought again, thinking that a superconducting crystal might be just what the client needed. She then typed up a response to said client before she sets out spraying the blood over the hilts, knowing that rendering the hilts lightsaber-resistant was the easy part. Growing two blood-red crystals was going to be much harder.

It can be done. However, please let me know if you want the lightsabers delivered or if you would come in person to the Utapau Alchemy Castle to take delivery of the lightsabers. In both cases, the preferred method is cash on delivery.

With Janick having assembled both lightsabers' inner components except for the crystals themselves, she could get to work on alchemizing the hilts. For the time being, the alchemist wearing surgical gloves would have to focus on infusing the rubberized quadranium hilts of [member="Darth Miargo"] with dark-sided Force-energy after spraying both hilts with blood, the remainder of which would be used for crafting the two lightsaber crystals. So she entered a trance state whereby tendrils of dark energy began flowing into the empty hilts, especially for where the blood actually was, and then the melting points began to increase to the point where lightsaber resistance actually became viable. But they had slightly different edges so as to allow him to differentiate between the main hand and the off-hand. Once the process of alchemizing the hilts was over, she inadvertantly awoke Alyssa to a grumpy awakening, perhaps because the alchemical process involved in rendering the hilt lightsaber-resistant triggered a different response in her body compared to alchemizing other items.

"What is it now, Janick? It better be good!" Alyssa complained, while being a little disheveled.

"My client asked for the ability to channel Force-lightning, and I think superconductivity is the way to go here"

"Cuprates are a crucial ingredient"

"But we don't have access to cuprates. I guess I'll have to make do with some orichalc dust: highly conducting, much better than quadranium, although not quite superconducting like cuprates"
