Designed to assist local enforcement and police teams, the Watchman hovers on silent repulsors as it patrols urban and suburban areas, monitoring crimes and identifying and tracking potential criminals. Armed with non-lethal weapons, the Watchman is capable to disabling targets while police units, either organic or droid, come in for the arrest. Not meant to kill targets, the Watchman is a cheap and effective way to keep the urban youths down significantly reduce the crime rates on Techno Union worlds.[/SIZE]

I love this image. Could you please include "Movie: Oblivion" in the list of Image Sources?

For a 0.25 meter wide ball of metal and plastic... Well... this thing is only a little bigger than a soccer ball. Even with all the tech shoved into it, I think 114 pounds is a bit much. (you did mean 51kg, right?)
Maybe something a little closer to 20-25kg?
