Walk In Shadow

"Tea would fine for me as well, but I don't mind drinking now and then."

That statement was more false than true right now since Jairdain was drinking almost daily. Kurenai did not need to know this though and she wasn't about to admit that. Chuckling a little at how forgetful a person could be about her blindness it wasn't normally noticed. The way she used the Force to see allowed her to almost live a normal life.

"It is quite alright, really. However, it does indicate one does not need sight to use telekinesis."

The young woman choose not to pay attention to the pillow for this. Expecting the hit to be aimed at her head, she was surprised when it struck her chest. While she could have maintained the hold, the exercise was done and she released her grip. It might be more difficult for Kurenai to move something without using a hand gesture, it was clear to her it could be done.

"When things are done and dusted I would gladly join you for a drink, I re-found my taste for whisky not a few months ago when on my military leave". The following chuckle from the blind master making her suspect she missed some sort of joke or sarcasm but for the moment did not really care, though when she was drunk, well from witness accounts apparently she had quite the sense of humor.

upon the hold releasing Kurneai slumped down a little, stretching her arms a little to get the blood flowing, "seems I have more practice on hand, though I believe there is another Jedi master I know that has quite the rigors telekinesis training". "After all I was aiming for your legs, hard to concentrate when you are face planting into the ground, no hard feelings I hope". With the very basics under her wing it would only be a matter of time before she mastered this skill, then a rematch was in order with that Tom Taff fellow.
