APPEARANCE:
A prime specimen of his species, the Rhiinur. He has an incredibly bulky and hulking physique. He has small black eyes, a rather common eye color of his species. Then, his grey skin tone is also a rather common element of his species' appearance. The one thing that is different though is then his posture and the way his demeanor is shone physically. His body language is very relaxed, but domineering always. He is dressed in what appears to be armor, but is incredibly ornate and thus debatable on whether or not the "armor" is for practical use or to present the warrior side of the Empeeror of Rhiinalh.
BIOGRAPHY:
Wahlrin grew up the son of the King of Levithon. As customary, his father lead Levithon's troops to battle from the front for the ceaseless wars with the neighboring kingdoms. However, because of this, Wahlrin's father died rather young before he could have more children when Wahlrin was only 14 years old. Before, he was receiving dreams of conquering the planet of Rhiinalh, and leading the Rhiinul to galactic dominance as Emperor of Rhiis. While Wahlrin began his crusade of conquest, his mother would handle the statecraft of Levithon. Wahlrin and his generals crushed the neighboring kingdoms his father could only keep at bay if not capture the frontier regions of. He then ordered all soldiers of those kingdoms to become honor bound to fight for Levithon, and incorporated the generals of the other kingdoms into his court. His mother than increased the industrial growth of conquered lands and the enforcement of her and her son's dynasty over them to prevent rebellion while Wahlrin was off in other regions continuing the war effort.
After twenty years of conquest, Wahlrin conquered all other nations on Rhiinalh. He then proclaimed himself Emperor of Rhiinalh. He then watched how his mother managed the conquered territories, and proceeded to mimic the style she used to keep the newly acquired lands in line, especially since his mother would die soon after he became Emperor. He put generals that served him in his conquest as the new nobility to rule over declared provinces within his planetary empire. He then also initiated an effort to unite all Rhiinul by having a new scientific community develop better technology for the empire, as well as spacecraft in order to dominate the stars beyond their world. In the span of ten years, the first hyperdrive operated starships were constructed, and the technology of the Rhiinul was improved to Wahlrin's liking at the time.
The Rhiinul Empire expanded to control the entire solar system Rhiinalh was located in, and turned a barren world neighboring Rhiinalh into a mining colony to further fuel the empire's war machine. Then, after a few more years, the vessels of the Rhiinul ventured beyond the Rhiinalh System to find more worlds to conquer. However, it was then that Wahlrin, and his people, discovered they were surrounded by a much more powerful empire than their fledgling state. On all sides, they were surrounded by the Eternal Empire. From there, Wahlrin knew that he was to preserve his reign, but also he was willing to integrate Rhiinalh within the Eternal Empire to use its resources in order to dominate the galaxy through the Eternal Empire. It was just a matter of learning to communicate with their new neighbors that was the key. After a year of observation, Wahlrin, and a few of his provincial commanders, managed to learn rudimentary basic from listening to the Eternal Empire's communications. It has now become time to make a deal with the Eternal Empire to decide the fate of Rhiinalh, the Rhiinul, and Wahlrin's reign as Emperor of Rhiinalh.

KILLS:
No PC kills. The only people he has killed are soldiers of other kingdoms' armies when he was waging his war of planetary conquest, and other monarchs he was fighting on occasion as well.
