- Description: A sleek worm like creatures thaat burrows into the body and begins altering physically the body of a host to suit its needs to spread and dominate. Unlike its older cousins these ones have more vestigial limbs that can be used to grasp and move. Sharp teeth and a softer body able to move through small and tight spaces. When within a host their looks can change depending on the host but certain things eventually start to happen. THeir teeth fall out and are replaced by fangs, nails painfully extending, bones become disjointed and able to move around without limits as the mental barriers of the brain to body that prevent one from hurting themselves go away so the body is always operating at one hundred percent its strength and speed. THeir muscles become saturated with excess blood and become puffy stretching the skin while their jaws slowly become overdeveloped and split apart. Making a massive mouth lined with teeth and their tongue puffs to open and create a barb. The barb acting to spread thousands of eggs into beings that they attack to make incubate the eggs of more Vu.

- Parasitic: The Vu-la are parasites the burrow into the heads of victims, eating the brainstems and controlling the body. It extends the life of the host and will alter the body by flooding growth hormone into it for the bones and muscles.
- Hive Mind: A dangerous effect allowing them to alert each other and with a powerful enough being who has a strong will be controlled.

- Religion/Beliefs: The Vu as a culture are very simple, they aren't into peace with other groups they want to spread out from the frozen south and take over the galaxy but have learned from their mistakes. They instead rebuild in secret and control the southern pole of Cazador adopting those willing initiates into their fold and working to twist their minds so they are of worth to the greater colony. The motivation of the Vu lays in the ancient murals the Nagai created detailing them, their discovery in the oceans and lakes of the world before it became covered in ice. The Vu were more then that, originally treated and thought to be the progenitors of the Nagai... the inner voice that could work with a host for greater power and coordination but over time the Go evolved their own inner being. The Vu were rejected and unneeded no longer needed to provide a voice of power and control
- General behavior: The Vu are quick and fast in the water slithering and latching into an orifice as they slowly work towards getting attached to the spine and brain of a hosts body. They attach themselves and then care for the rest of the Vu in the freezing waters trying to find hosts for them as time can go on. The Blackest Day colored their behavior as they learned they couldn't just attack and try to force it upon others.. They would rebel and needed to want to be controlled.
The Vu were perhaps the first species on Cazador living in ancient times with the Go and providing a sentience to the primitive three eyed being. The Vu were a dangerous and powerful hive mind reaching out to uplift the species. As their tme went on the need for them declined, the Go evolving into the Go Nagai and their primitive cousins slowly started dying out with the mixed interbreeding for a time until the simple Go died out while the stronger more intelligent Go Nagai moved forward.
The evolution from centuries of the parasite living within and being part of the genetics of the parents giving them while still primitive were developing their own inner being. The course of evolution slowly working over centuries and eons. Time evolving the two species but slowly without a host the Vu became... aggressive. They were no longer being allowed to be taken willingly, they no longer had people wanting to host them and they wanted to be free... To expand and leave.
The danger they posed became a real threat as they tried to find a way off the world, primitive flight between planets within the system could be done but the time was not nearly short enough. They needed to be patient and find a time when they could leave the world. Find somewhere where they could have the world. The ice age came and few expected it, the Go Nagai using this chance to find the frozen creatures and preserve them in the waters and ice making a temple.
The temple was built to house the survivors they could find, they might not want the parasites but they were a creature to be honored who aided in their evolution and preserving them at the end of the world deep in the south pole. The temples was sealed in the ice and as the ice melted time kept a great deal of the temple in the ice while a few small groups observed and looked to see if they would ever get out.
Slowly the people who waited and watched grew into the The Black tribe one of the original nine tribes, a hardy bunch of winter warriors who took root in the temples of the south using them to survive and slowly discovered the Vu in the ice and swimming around. Believing them to be a devil beast as it could take over anyone who entered the waters... They were kept in the temples plotting.
Then they had a chance a thousand years before the darkness came with the gulag plague. They struck out and infected the black tribe used them to wage war against the others of the planets and spread out eventually being beaten back by the combined might of the tribes and sealed away in their temple again but they had learned. THeir plotting to take the world by force was.. misguided.
They worked in secret getting out over the next thousand years and infected the exiled tribe the others shunning them as prisoners were sent to them. They only took the ones who wouldn't be missed and the ones who were in charge at first to avoid suspicion and then regrowing the black tribe as a symbol of law and order on the planet. They had a new plan of making people want to be controlled.
