Description:
Zenva Vrotoa is a soldier of fortune, commonly known as a mercenary. From assassinations to bounty hunting to waging war for the right price, Zenva has gone well past proving herself in combat. By birth right she is considered the Matron of Clan Vrotoa though she has never actually returned to her home world, Iridonia, to lead her people. Instead she joined The Red Ravens criminal syndicate. During the process of writing her original contract with the former President [member="Cryax Bane"], Zenva convinced the Chiss to provide funding for not only herself but every Zabrak under her direct command. From the mechanics working aboard her Maruader class Corvette to the elite soldiers that follow her onto the battlefield.
The elite commandos of Clan Vrotoa have always and will always serve as the Matron's personal army. In the event Zenva Vrotoa is killed, these fierce warriors will be 'inherited' by the next Matron. If soldiers of "The Matron's Elites" are killed, the acting Matron will send word of their deaths back to Iridonia. From there a competition is held, tests of strength, skill and hunters prowess. These contests are used to provide the Matron with the most capable warriors possible. The Matron's Elites are fanatical in their loyalty to their Matron. Never in the history of Clan Vrotoa has an elite turned against his/her Matron. In Zenva's lifetime a new tradition has begun. Zenva has collected a group of individuals who, through great acts of loyalty, have become honorary members of Clan Vrotoa. These rare individuals have earned the special privilege of being called brother or sister by Matron Zenva. With this honor some, like Honor Brother [member="Foebacca"], have been able to call upon The Matron's Elites to join them in battle. However, no more than two (2) Strike Teams will ever answer the call of Honor Family.
The Matron's Elites operate in squads of eight (8) warriors, commonly called strike teams. Each strike team is built to provide a balanced and well equipped group capable of handling nearly any battlefield situation. It should be noted that when required, strike teams can be armed to meet specific needs.

Every warrior of The Matron's Elites has been extensively trained to handle, repair and operate every weapon and piece of equipment available to the company. Some have proven themselves more capable with certain weapon systems and are termed Specialists. Other's have proven themselves excellent commanders in combat situations, they have earned the rank of Strike Team Sergeant.

It should be noted that not every warrior is equipped the same, even among specialists of the same type. Zenva does not dictate what equipment any one warrior is promoted to carry. Instead she allows each warrior to use weapons they feel most comfortable with. Should one man feel better carrying a second pistol, do so. Should one woman enjoy the double thunder of an RR-14 with Shotgun Attachment, by all means do so. There are limitations however. Zenva has only provided a certain amount of each piece of equipment. In the event every single warrior takes the field at once there simply isn't enough of everything to go around. This was done intentionally. This ensures that no matter the situation, somewhere in the company there is a solution. Resistant to blasters? Good thing we have so many slug throwers!
