Rationale: Daska's parents were drug dealers and from the start she wanted to be better than they were, rise higher and go further, be respected among society. After moving to Coruscant, she was a bar waitress until she was made the manager, and she ran the bar capably for nearly two years before a fire interrupted her plan to set up a chain of venues. However, the idea was still there and she had no intention of leaving it at the back of her head to gather dust. She spent eight months as a journalist, because it made enough money to help fund the company launch and - more importantly - she could meet people. In the months she spent writing for a local magazine, she tried to befriend important people so she wouldn't be alone when she finally created her business. Finally, once she'd created her business plan and reached the target fund, she launched Voss.

Having made some very strategic friends during her time as a bartender and journalist, Daska has a solid business plan as well as designs for the venues, approved recipes and menus, suppliers, marketers and even people willing to loan her a few thousand credits if need be. All she needs to do now is put her plan into action.
