HISTORICAL INFORMATION
This building was built after the dominion of Volik and has been Voliks goverment center ever since. This building was built to be near Voliks Military Command Center, it is only a block away. This building is also used as a forum for citizens at time to time. This building has also acted as a place where ambassadors from other factions may go to talk to ZU officials and create treaties or other political interests.
